Family Room - Soho Duplex + Queensbay Mall Nearby”
Does not allow early check-in but welcome luggage drop-off while we go for lunch and shopping at Queensbay Mall (5 mins walk away). When back for check-in at 3pm, welcome drinks were served. Clean and spacious room for family of 4. Beds are comfortable. Gym room is well maintained and equipment are in good condition. Many eateries and massage parlour within walking distance (5-10 mins). Near to airport - 10 mins drive away.

The only comfortable place to stay if you are running full marathon”
Best location about 300 meters from Queensbay Mall, where the Full Marathon usually flag off. If you are participating in Penang Bridge International Marathon, this Hotel is highly recommended. 2 hours before flag off, the Hotel serves free isotonic drinks and fresh fruits. The best part is mini bar is complementary. Just imagine chocolates, soda drinks and snacks on the house. Go figure

Amazing Breakfast Spread”
Hotel is near to airport and next to Queensbay Mall. Good for shopping and plenty of food choices and restaurants. Was given a twin bedded room on first nite but next day we had a room change on a higher floor, large bed with a lovely view facing Pulau Jerejak. Aircon was running and room was very cold even we switched it to off! Very good water pressure from shower and hot water worked well. We enjoyed the breakfast on 3 mornings. The wide spread of food was delicious! Will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Penang.

Everything about my stay is conducive. The breakfast is quite amazing! For swimming pool and gym service, you need to book beforehand because of the SOPs and the limitations of people. Great location in regards of having a walk access to Queensbay Mall. We went to watch midnight movie by walking only hehe. And oh don’t forget to try the PanMee at Queensbay 😉

Clean and Comfy Bed (Deluxe - Hill View)”
Eastin is always my choice of stay 1-2 days before I leave Penang. They do practice strict check-in time but you can leave your luggage bags at concierge. Big shopping mall and lots of eateries within 5 mins walk away. Trip to Design Village Outlet Mall, via 2nd bridge, is 30 mins by car. We love J Garden near the hotel and always drop by for at least 1 meal during our stay at Eastin.

This hotel location is strategy with all facilities and shopping mall we can go... only 5 minutes walk to queensbay mall and kapitan restraunt at there you can eat nasi kandar the most famous food at penang..friendly front office and helpful.. housekeeping also helpful.....i'm so recommended this hotel to all visitor who have a plan to visit penang😌

Located near to the airport, best of all there is a huge mall (Queensbay Mall) right beside the hotel! Its a good location for me because I need to cross the bridge to mainland everyday and this hotel is located very near to the first bridge. Used the gym- it was huge and well equip. Shall use the pool next time around!

Surprisingly breakfast with many variety, worth the price. Walking distance to Queensbay Mall. Short drive to Penang Airport. Minor hiccup when we asked for 2S bed room but was given queen bed room, they settle it within half-hour. Overall, great stay, will stay there again next time.

Clean & convenient to retailers ”
We have stayed in this hotel twice. The main reason we chose this because of convenience as it is next to Queensbay Mall. Not far from Penang Bridge. Alot of place to eat, drink and hangout. Hotel is clean and room is comfortable. However the water pressure in the bathroom should be stronger and the hot water takes awhile to flow out. Gym & pool is just average. They provide you with complimentary drinks & snacks in the mini bar. Overall is a nice place to stay & value for money.

Highly recommended. Room Type: Duplex GENERAL: Pros: -- Excellent room facilities. -- Cleanliness satisfactory, but dusty corners at minibar area. -- Sufficient storage space on shelves below stairs. Cons: -- Needs brighter lighting at lower level, or adjustable brightness. -- Power blinds do not lower to the floor for maximum room darkness. -- CUPS NOT CLEAN!! -- BORING VIEW BEDROOM: Pros: -- Comfortable bed and soft pillows; duvet was nice and warm. -- Sufficient plug points. Cons: -- N/A BATHROOM: (Upstairs): Pros: -- Bathroom well-stocked with toiletries. Cons: -- Sliding door does not open/close smoothly. -- Weird sink and tap -- REALLY VERY narrow between sliding door and the sink and toilet. -- Shower water does not drain off quickly. -- Water accumulates in middle of shower cubicle.
