Cleanliness of newly opened facilities”

All staff are friendly, clean and hygienic, room service, and the hotel location is located in the city, so there are many stores that can be delivered. The guard always opens the door and carries the luggage when entering the hotel. It takes care of it very safely and catches a taxi. There is also a live performance on the weekend, so you can order food and drinks and enjoy it leisurely. It was nice to be able to choose the menu for breakfast. I will stay at this hotel if I visit Cebu next time because I had a very satisfactory vacation for the price.

Clean and spacious”

Booked Eastland because its within the city. I had prior engagements thats why it was just the right place. The room is really clean and quite spacious. Very welcoming staff would greet you upon arrival and on daily basis. Food is also good at their resto and prices were ok. The place where its situated is safe too. Will definetely book again next time.

I was on a vacation with my partner and we stayed in this hotel for nearly 3 weeks. It felt home. The location is very much safe and accessible to IT Park, BTC, Ayala Center, SM City Cebu and the City Center Area. We were able to maximise our trip because the location was too easy to move around to and from locations. We booked the superior room it was very spacious, cozy, and had a modern feel. we Loved the furniture pieces, especially the lamp and the red velvet seat inside our room. The staff are very much polite and accommodating and their breakfast package is worth it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again should I come back to Cebu soon.

Location is basically in the middle of everything, hotel staff are all very warm and very attentive, breakfast was okay but very much worth it, parking is available and the neighborhood is very friendly, safe plus it has lots of places (cafes, resto etc) to go when in the mood for a walk...

Hidden gem ”

Brand new hotel close to Ayala Center. Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and linens. Basic room amenities provided. Silent air conditioners, fancy sink taps and shower heads that lights up when in use. Staff very helpful and courteous. Security could do more in greeting and welcoming hotel guests. Included breakfast is very good in terms of quality and quantity. They make great coffee too! Highly recommended. Good value for money.

Your balcony, if ever you can take an expert on it to inspect. As an engineer this is subject for waterproofing to prevent any expenses on damaging the structure on it.. Please have a take a look on it.. But over all everything seems to be excellent.

Room was flawlessly clean upon arrival. Facilities inside the room works perfect. Complementary stuff like water and toiletries are complete. Balcony was a bonus. Friendly staff, there’s toiletries unlike other expensive stays, the room is bigger and wider and there’s a balcony with a city view. Love it!
