Not bad stay even without pool or gym”
Even though the place didn’t have a pool or gym it was a good deal for our stay. Very close to baseball fields. Only thing was had to pick up dishes and pots. Also no starter kit available like oil spices or dish soap.

Its simple, self sufficient and clean. right next to a few restaurants, 7Eleven and a starbucks. what more do you need. They could make the user experience much better with a little tweaking here and there. As a hotel owner i see so much potential but i guess they can get away doing the bare minimum.

I had no shower curtain , the bathroom trash wasn't thrown out and the previous used guests towels were still under the bathroom sink .

I was shocked that I had to get cookware from front desk, then I was provided little packets for dish soap. Shower had lots of hair in it sigh! Towels looked dirty and used. I did sleep but it took some time. I will not stay at this location again, I expected more especially in Irvine, CA.

Not Great ! ”
I don’t usually do these reviews but I did feel disappointed enough to actually do one ! The shower cap was super dirty, the room and a bad stench had to air the room out and turn on the ac to pull it out, it did eventually go away after a couple hours … the walls are paper thing ! It was banging from one side from the neighbor I could hear them shuffling stuff threw the wall and than the next door neighbor on the other side had some severe domestic violence abuse going on all night !! Traumatizing !!! The bed was broke down you can tell when you get in. The stove is burned and old need to be replaced. The tv remote didn’t turn on or the tv. Thankfully it was just to sleep at night for a few nights because it definitely wasn’t a hotel for enjoyment ! Hopefully this helps for realistic idea.

Smelly, Smokey , full of shady characters ”
Non smoking room was surrounded by chain smokers. Kitchen had nothing to use. Why ain’t there at least a complete kitchen kit available? I had to ask for every friggin spoon, bowl, anything. Got followed by some string out vagrant while walking to my room. Shady as hell.

Dirty dishes Sat in hallway outside my door all 4 days, staff pleasant but facilities are unkempt”
Dirty dishes in hall for duration of stay, 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided, no glasses or silverware, trade in 3 towels and get 2, people working on vehicles in parking lot, no daily maintenance, no guide for cable service had to wait for commercials to end to know what is on channel, mold in shower, no lightweight curtains to obscure view into room so to maintain privacy had to stay in dark...this is without a doubt the worst hotel stay I have ever endured...further at almost $200 per night mid-week I could not get a printed receipt because we booked through a service despite the fact I gave this hotel my credit card to run...i have stayed at several ESA and this was ESA in name only...absolutely terrible hotel in what appeared to be a fairly upscale location...ESA you should be embarrassed to associate your good name with this hotel that makes Super 8 look like a 5⭐

The shower had no shower curtain but I showered anyways and tried to dry the floor as best as possible when I was done. I wouldn't stay here again and would advice no one else stay here at all.

Disgusting, moldy shower, only bath towels no wash cloths or hand towels. No soap or anything else. Weird smell in the room and hair in the bed. So gross!

Place was bug ridden”
Well let's see the first morning of my stay the groundskeepers started at 630 in the morning right in front of my car with I just finished derailing the day before .They were there for over 3 hrs they got my car filthy. Then that night my bed was shaking well I look under the covers the next morning lice all over the inside sheets. Then it took me 3 hrs too get refunded. Is this how they treat there paying guests?
