Exceptional”
1. Absolutely fantastic staff. 2. Good central location: (day) a short walk to the main Kenting beach, very convenient drive or scooter ride to all the other beaches; (evening) 30 second walk to middle of the Kenting night market and close to all the bars; (night) not too close to the night market so it's very quiet. 3. Parking available: there is a shared parking lot right in front of the property. The alley to get in is a tricky drive for anything larger than a VW Golf. During busy times the parking lot might become full, especially at night, but the groundskeeper at the lot will direct you to another location for parking. 4. Rooms, beds, linens, pillows, towels are very clean. Beds are comfortable. 6. Relatively great shower with great water pressure and temperature. 5. Not all rooms have windows. (Windows are very well noise-insulated) 6. Bathroom layout is awkward. 7. Noise isolation (specifically from water running in the shower) between rooms next to each other is poor.

The owner and staff was very friendly to assist us with our enquiries. As we were heading to taipei after our stay at kenting, we needed help to transfer from kenting to zuoying hsr station. The owner volunteered to personally bring us to the bus stop for the bus and ensured that we flagged and boarded the correct bus. Such a service was really exceptional and we were really grateful. At first we missed the hotel because from the exterior, it does not look like a typical hotel. But location wise, it is really beside the night market. Less than a minute walk to the nearest convenient store too! The room was really clean and have all the necessary facilities. Will definitely recommend travellers to stay here!

Very good location, it just beside Kenting Street. Room is spacious and clean but there is no lift so traveler with big luggage will need to take note (the hotel in-charge helped me to carry the luggage though). I happened to book during the non-peak season so price is very reasonable. Overall a very nice & good stay with very helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again if i can get such reasonable price.

Clean and comfy room”
The room is clean and modern, bed and sheets are really comfy. Parking is right across the property, which is on a narrow alley right off the Kenting street night market, and requires some driving skill if not familiar with turning in a tight spot. Plus the host is friendly, for the price, it's a real deal!

Location is fantastic, staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the designated driver Will who is really warm and nice. He's great company and did a great job bringing us around and providing insight into the different places of interest. The place is supposedly a B&B but the rooms are hotel standard. Highly recommended. It would be my first choice of accommodation if I ever visit Kenting again.

Nice and cosy”
The hotel is located conveniently on Kenting Street where you can find lots of options for food, shopping and bicycle rental. The Kenting bus that takes you from airport to hotel and vice versa drops you fairly near to the hotel, less than 5mins walk. Our stay was quite pleasant but we did think that the room was very small. OK for a very short stay.

Feliz hotel is along an intersection from kenting night market. The intersection is very narrow but car can still drive in with care. The hotel is not obvious, only a F sign on the glass door. To identify the hotel, look out for 'stones like' cushions on the hotel floor. There is no lift and the stairway is pretty narrow. The hotel lady staff was very helpful and offered to carry our luggages to our rooms.

Modern hotel”
Great hotel location, just off the main road. Easy to walk to the beach, main street, restaurants etc. Room was clean, beds were so comfy! The staff were extremely helpful - even going above and beyond to walk us to the laundromat and bus station personally. Hotel was a little hard to find as there is no sign out front, just the door handle is in the shape of the letter F. Overall, amazing experience.

High cost performance”
The location is quite good. But not so easy to find. The design of the hotel is very interesting. Hotel manager is quite nice and helpful. But the disadvantage is the room has a very small window. When you open the window, there's directly a wall. And we had one day without electricity. But it's not the fault of the hotel. It was the whole street something wrong.

Unable to Meet the Basics”
Shampoo, shower gel, drinking water, shower and staffs are the basics of a hotel, but this "hotel" doesn't seem to meet any of the above. They offer one small teeny bottle of shampoo and shower gel, and it wasn't even enough for two people. They only offered two bottles of 500ml water for two people per day, which was far from enough as well. Their shower system broke down and we only had hot water and no cold water. I looked like a lobster after the shower; luckily they fixed it overnight. When we arrived, there's no one at the lobby, and the lobby was quite stuffy as well. This is not a "hotel," this is more like a guest house+hostel, (I don't know what category it falls into when they don't even provide the basics).

Great clean location can be pricey for what's on offer. ”
Great location and friendly staff but for the price we paid it was overpriced. Facilities are nonexistent and the rooms, while clean are very small and somewhat claustrophobic. It's definitely not a hotel you would want to spend time at other than for sleep. Staff were also helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very clean with a cool and modern style. Staff was very friendly and helped arrange a surfing trip through Afei - would recommend). Only areas of improvement might be that the lobby, although it looks really cool, is not a good place to hang out if you are travelling with other people. The fogged glass at the toilet does not offer a lot of privacy if you are travelling as a couple (if you care about that). All in all a great experience. I would stay here again.

We met a lady staff who was covering duty for her colleague who was on leave, and she was Super friendly and helpful by introducing kenting’s signature food, and places to visit which are very much untouched by the tourist. The room is very clean and furnitures are modern and new. We absolutely love their fluffy king size bed!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and location-convenient! The shower faucet was very good with hot and high-pressured water! (But not disabled-friendly as you have to climb up stairs.) Room for improvement would include the availability of drinking water heater, and stools or chairs inside the room, as both were not available. I later asked the super friendly male staffer who finally got one for me. Appreciated!
