Best location as its close to the airport, restaurants, salons, laundromat. We’ve stayed to this hotel every time we visit PP. Friendly staff, clean washrooms, bigger rooms than other hotels in PP. They also offer free breakfast.

We enjoyed our very short stay. We only stayed one night because we were too early for our flight and we were able to rest well because the room was comfy and clean. Most importantly, it's close to the airport.

Legit hotel in Puerto Princesa!”
My stay here turn around my disappointment from my previous hotel accommodation whom under delivered. From the title of this review, it's a LEGIT hotel- Big room, linens and mattress are of excellent quality, appliances inside are all working, wifi is fast and breakfast is sumptous. Staff were also really kind. Will stay at Ferzal again when I'm in Puerto Princesa! Thank you, thank you!

The facilities exceeded my expectations. The hotel has really good beds, good air-conditioning, good hot water supply, electronic bidet. Breakfast is buffet, free-flowing brewed coffee at all hours, and free water at every floor. It also has a pingpong table, a pool table, and a mini gym for when going about is hampered by rain. For your tour needs, it also has a travel agency within the hotel for your tour needs. Really quite marvelous!

I highly recommend this hotel. It is very spacious and very clean. The staff are very courteous and very acommodating. There are gym and sports facilities inside and free coffee. Truly, we enjoyed staying here...

Good place to rest but no-no if you needed a stable connection during your stay”
The place is very neat, comfortable to stay. But it you're a person who needed to be reached or vice-versa , you have to think twice before staying here. Aside from poor signal, their WiFi is awful. We we're only got connected around 3am. The receptionist admitted that it's one of the hotel's issue. I wish I would've known before booking it via agoda.
