Nice hotel on the countryside”

Nice hotel outside of Loei. Very quite and nice surroundings. The staff did not speak english very well. Very few guests. Order the turkey dinner at the hotel. The turkeys are from the other side of the road. The rooms are a bit worn and needs a refurbish.

Helpful staff in morning with route plannin ”

room eveidently hadnt been used for awhile; bathroom dirty, sink has dirt in it; floor needs to be swept; dust on top of sheets. sorry to report that broken window pane needs to replaced. no spa, suana, or massage available. room extremely small with double bed pushed against wall leaving only 1/2 pathway by door to bathroom. morning buffet rather limited tho staff helpfully comment that will have "american" food along with thai, vietnamese; it consisted of bowl of small hot-dogs. morning check out staff unable to run magnetic strip of my bank visa card and couldnt click in the numbers, they said.

A disapointing stay”

we was very disapointed with the hotel as it was mostly like a building site, it could be nice when its finished but i wont go back there before then. they should close while renovating instead of trying to stay open and disapointing people.

charmant resort en pleine nature a quelques kilometres de loei. chambres de confort standard et propres. (attention : dans la salle de bain, l'eau de la douche peut stagner et rendre le pavement glissant). jardins tres bien entretenus. restaurant donnant sur un petit etang. nourriture de bonne qualite. personnel charmant et serviable.

รีสอร์ทบรรยากาศดีมาก เงียบ สงบ อยู่ไม่ห่างจากตีนเขา และทางเข้าห้วยกระทิง เดินทางสะดวก แต่ห้องเก่า ที่นอนสปริงยวบหมดแล้ว ควรเปลี่ยน แอร์หรือพัดลมไม่รู้ ดังเกิ้น ไฟก็ไม่สว่างพอ โต๊ะเครื่องแป้งมีไฟ แต่เปิดไม่ติด ควรเช็คก่อนส่งมอบห้องให้ผู้เข้าพัก

ตอนเข้าพักห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด มีเศษผม กิ่งไม้ ทำให้น้ำขัง พื้นห้องน้ำเปียกเหมือนเพิ่งมีคนใช้ แต่ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดให้ค่ะ ส่วนสถานที่โดยรวม ร่มรื่น เดินทางสะดวก อาหารอร่อยค่ะ
