Advantages: The location is very close to the beach, just cross the road to get there. The hotel has a beautiful view and a dinner buffet with a view of the fireworks on the 36th floor. The breakfast buffet is average, not too delicious, but the price is acceptable. - The staff is cheerful and eager to assist guests. - The breakfast is quite diverse to suit many types of guests, including Indian and Korean, but the dishes for Vietnamese guests are not as delicious as those in other 5-star hotels I have stayed at. - The pool on the 36th floor has a beautiful view of the beach. Disadvantages: Because the hotel is busy, check-in and check-out will take some time. Waiting for the elevator also takes a while, but luckily the hotel has placed sofas in the elevator waiting area.

Am actually travelling with my mother, but there were no such option. Generally everything was good except 2 things...My room type was seaview with balcony king bed. Good: Location: perfect location, exactly by the sea across the road. This seaside is not busy but very nice to view from the room, only 2 mins walk to the seaside. There are surfing lessons and seaside fishing using a huge hand pulling net by this side of beach everyday, which is very interesting to view. Service: Excellent! they are very attentive to our requests. they email to inform that my request for twin bed was not available so they upgraded the room to a panoramic seaview room maintaining the king bed which was very kind. Room: There are separate shower room which is very good and safe for my mother. Comfortable bed. Balcony View: Overlooking the beautiful south china sea and whole coastline, busy road, and linh ung pagoda on the left. Breakfast: wide variety and delicious breakfast, excellent staffs in the restaurant too. Bad: Balcony: it was the biggest waste- there is no outdoor seating chairs and table for a good cup of coffee and tea while enjoying the superb seaview from the balcony. Pool: The rooftop pool was not so well maintained and very small, it is covered which is good for those afraid of hot sun but not so good for the panoramic seaview or if you are expecting an open infinity pool view. it doesnt attract me going to the pool for the 4 days stay. i think my room has better view than the pool. i just dont understand why most of the hotels in Danang with rooftop pool are fully covered, leaving you to see the view through the huge glass which doesnt maintained clean. it was really a huge waste for that perfect seaview or riverview. Overall this is a nice hotel to stay if you are ok with the 2 minor negative points that mentioned.

"The Deluxe Guest room, 2 Twin, Partial ocean view, Tub" had a spacious room compared to other hotels in the same price range, and it was cleaner as well. The bathroom and shower were separate, making it comfortable to use. The pool was also large and enjoyable. Although it is a bit far from My Khe Beach, a quiet beach spread out right in front made it very comfortable. Next time, I would like to stay in an ocean view room that is not partial. The breakfast had a wide variety and was enjoyable every day. It certainly felt like a Sheraton. The room was also quiet. The only disappointing point was that the room's refrigerator was the recently common type referred to as a minibar, which doesn't cool. I would have preferred a mini refrigerator that can make ice. However, considering that it might be a good choice for those who are not used to traveling abroad or for bringing older parents, even if it's a bit more expensive, this hotel could be a good option.
