Best Stay for our entire 13 days trip”

Friendly staff for check in and assisted ask throughout our stay. Very personalized as they come by to pick you up for dinner and breakfast as well. Love the private onsen and the interiors of the room. Spacious and clean. Will definitely be back the next time round.

Best Ryokan you can find in Kawaguchiko”

This is one of the few Ryokans i've found that has a private open air onsen in every room. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast was beautifully prepared and everyone in my family of 6 all commented that it was their best meal in Japan so far. Thank you to the staff that have served us and with their hospitality. Definitely highly recommend this place and if i were to come again i will definitely book this place.

Exceptional”

The facilities were just as pictured. As though you had walked into a story book. The staff were exceptionally kind and responsive. Our room was stunning and the onsen waters were exceptional. The breakfast above and beyond our wildest dream as it was 10 Japanese courses including a hot pot made in front of us. The location was reasonably close to the Fuji train station and tourist activities were walkable distances. A great experience to add to our time touring Japan.

Great experience ”

Very comfortable room, big, clean, has everything you need. There is an outdoor private bath in the garden. And they provide a stool and a small bucket, which makes our bath extremely cozy. Lotion, toner and even face cleansing gel are all provided. The staff’s English is very good. Had very nice conversation with her. Very informative. We are deeply impressed with the breakfast and dinner. Large proportion, great many choices and very fresh ingredients. Very tasty and beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. Great great great experience

Great place to stay!”

This was a wonderful Ryokan to stay at. The staff were so friendly and did their best to communicate in English with us. The room was very clean and well kept. The private onsen was great, though sometimes it seemed a little too hot for us to be able to fully enjoy. The western style breakfast was delicious and very filling. I highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional hospitality & ryokan experience.”

Exceptional hospitality and great ryokan experience with private onsen. Full privacy despite a bit traffic noise as it next to road side which is negligible. Not to mention able to prepare vegetarian breakfast which is a delicacy to us.

The best Ryokan experience”

We booked the Japanese-styled room with private bath and it was superb. The breakfast was excellent and even served in a private dining room. And the BEST part of everything is service, they go way over the top to satisfy you in every way possible. When we are checking out, most of their concierge are even form a line to say goodbye to you at the front door. They even take it further when they walk you to your car and just stand there and waves until your car leave their parking lot. Impressive.

Clean and fabulous ryokan!”

First time travelling to Japan and this was my first Ryokan experience. The price was real high because I booked during their holiday but I went with it anyway since it was my first time to Japan. Though I only stayed one night, the experience I had there was amazing! The staff were really friendly and thoughtful, language was okay since I can speak Japanese, not sure about their English. Would definitely go back again for a longer stay but will check with the price and peak period.
