Good location + comfy clean room”
This must be one of my most favorite hotel in Dalat within thousands of hotels there. It located 3km away from the center, but it wouldnt be a matter if you have your own car or rent a motorbike. It's not so far from the center but far enough to have quiet relaxing nights. The staffs were helpful and room is made up every morning. The minus point was the breakfast was not as good. But it would not be a big deal to me.

This is the only place that I book for my Dalat trips”
I've been to Dalat so many times in my life, but for the last few years, I choose Melody hotel as my first choice for many reasons. The rooms are clean and tidy, friendly staff and the location is great (nice and quiet, close to the bus station, etc.)

marvelous view, nice personal and spacy room ”
the hotel is in the pine wood with perfect view in the green hills and mountains. The room is spaсy, the bed is comfortable. The only problrm was in the bathroom - all the water came out onto the floor and stayed for long time. I would recommend the hotel to get - 5$ more, but prepare good breakfast - breakfast of 2 eggs, bagett and very small piece of butter is not enough. And you do not have the possibility to eat somwhere around the nearest places to eat are 2km from the hotel. It was the only thing I did not like about the hotel.

My Dream Holiday Bungalow”
This private bungalow style hotel is on a slope just opposite the bus station. Our room C24 has 2 king bed; very spacious with breath taking view of the mountain and farms. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Chef Dat was happy to whip up very sumptuous home cooked meals for us. We will definitely be back again!

Even staffs can't speak English fluently, they tried really hard to help me and my friends when we were there. The location is in front of Bus terminal, a bit far from the city if you want to walk. There are very good environment around the hotel and the price is so cheap. I don't see any disadvantages of this hotel except the location which is a bit far from the city.

The boss of the hotel was so rude”
Ok except the bad attitude of the hotel boss. I've booked a triple deluxe room for 3 and a twin deluxe room for 4 people from Jan 1 - Jan 3, 2016. When we checked in, i was informed that there was no twin deluxe room available and offered us another triple room instead. A woman appeared to claim that she is the boss of the hotel. She told us that there was a mistake on Agoda website about the price and she would complain to Agoda. She was really rude and impolite when raising her voice with us. After some arguments, We finally accepted to stay in two triple rooms as we did not want to annoy themselves any more. I highly recommend Agoda to review my booking and respond to me as soon as posible. I appriciate your asistance on this matter and hope to continue with Agoda in the upcoming trips. Tkanks

The hotel is located in front of the bus station where the busses from HCM arrive. It only takes a nice walk to reach the city centre and the view from the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and all facilities were working how they should be. The staff is extremely kind and respectful. Although their English is limited they did their utmost best to help us. Wonderful stay!

There is a big coffee house just opp the hotel. I had my breakfast there ( the coffee and breakfast is good) as my room did not come with breakfast. Only 1 staff is able to speak English . I have a Vn associate with me, so I did not encounter any problem. This place is really value for money. my room 's window has a very nice view.

Accommodating and efficient hotelstaff”
Room is spacious and newly furnished. All equipment in working condition and new. Only down side is that the floor is pretty dusty. It's not a major problem as we end up wearing slippers in the room. Breakfast was average. 2 sunny side up and a baggeutte w a small slice of bacon OR beef noodle. Nothing to shout about. Overall stay was very pleasant as the staff was very helpful with information, bike rental (very good condition!) and even show us when we could sun our laundry. It is a 30min walk to the city. Less than 50,000vnd taxi ride.

Hotel is out of the city centre ”
Hotel is out of city centre. U need to get a cab cos it is 3km away. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was a joke. It is very poor. No options really. No fresh fruit. Can not belive it cos fruit is so cheap in that country. Would recommend it but dont take the extra money for breakfast. Only very little english speaking.

close to Futa bus station. friendly staff. room clean and tidy. very moist alot of condensation due to temp differences. but if bathroom door is open and bathroom fan is on it will give enough ventilation to prevent most of the condensation. a bathroom fan that work without turning on light might be good. can rent bike that work well. no need for AC good refrigerator got freezer compartment. small bottles for shower not enough for 2 people use the handsope or bring showergel

My family's room was quite big with amazing view. The beds are nice and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with various choices of food and drinks. The staffs were okay. One issue is our bathroom shower was ruined so its hard to control the water heat which made is strugling abit. Above all i'd love to stay here again
