The hotel features a great staff that guests rave about. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating, and make visitors feel welcomed. In addition, guests can enjoy a heated pool and stunning sea views from their rooms and balcony. The hotel has a great location close to the beach, just a few minutes walk away. Many guests also appreciated the good breakfast, which has a variety of options to choose from.
Few guests reported minor maintenance issues, like frayed towels and a malfunctioning spa bath.

The hotel may be dated but its location is excellent.. Convenient free parking onsite, a heated pool (so so good for swimming in cold weather), a mini putting green, a well equipped gym and a games room with a table tennis table! Our room is clean and big with a jacuzzi and balcony facing the pool and ocean - what more do we ask for a holiday home? We love it! The staff don't smile or greet their guests unless we greet them first, they may not appear friendly but iif we chat with them or ask for help, they are helpful and efficient. There are many good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel too, so even though there's an in-house restaurant in the hotel, we haven't tried their food. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay in a quiet vicinity!

impeccably clean! we had a great stay, staff is friendly and helpful. location is good, a bit away from town centre but easily accesible with bus as bus stop is 1 minute away. there is a convinience store closeby and some restaurants too. food and breakfast in hotel was on the pricey side but as i mentioned, town is easily accesible by bus so you can get lots of food options in town. will definetely reccomend and stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at GoldOne and would recommend. Pros: rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very clean facilities, including details in bathrooms, like the corners of the tub/shower and bathrooms were free from grime and guck. Loved that the hotel had a washing machine and dryer for use free of charge. We took advantage of the play area, which had ping pong, a basketball machine, darts, etc. one afternoon when it was really rainy and windy. (The foosball table was quite broken and not really usable, but that's a very small complaint. Everything else was great.) The outdoor pool was heated!!! Amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful, including the staff who worked at the breakfast restaurant. Cleaning staff were also so kind and accommodating. We enjoyed being able to walk to one of the coastal walking paths and exploring Jeju by foot. The nearby convenience store and restaurants were also very convenient to be near. We ate at Baekrok Butcher's Restaurant within walking distance and would recommend - the banchan were phenomenal, good quality meat to grill, and the owners were so kind and accommodating, even with the language barrier. Things to consider: the breakfast selection and quality was only so-so. For the price of it, it was not worth it necessarily, except for the convenience.

Such a great hotel! We are a family of 4 with 2 adult daughters, ages 20 and 22. We booked a 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor with a jacuzzi and ocean views, and it was a real treat, especially for the price. The lobby is gorgeous, with a coffee cart, fitness room, business center, game room, and laundry room (free, with detergent provided!) easily accessible. The elevators are glass and look out over the pool and oceam as well. The staff are kind and helpful, especially the gentleman who works the evening shift (sorry, I didn't catch his name!). We unfortunately had rainy weather all throughout our stay and could not enjoy the views as much as we had hoped, but we loved it there regardless. I wish we'd had more time to spend on Jeju Island at this hotel!

“A Seogwipo base for Jeju Olle Trails”
I stayed a week in Jeju, mainly to walk the Olle Trails. I completed trail route 6, 7, and 8 and GoldOne was a comforting base for during my stay. After check-in, I went down past the secret garden to where Trail Route 7 faces the hotel. It was peaceful and had a great view of Beomsom Island. I was assigned a room with an amazing view. Every morning, it was an absolute pleasure to look out the window and see the morning sun reflect on surrounding homes and the water ahead. My breakfast was delivered to me each morning and I could enjoy the view with it. There are cute (Instragram famous) cafes near by, within few mins walking distance as well as various restaurants where I had delicious meals each evening. I took advantage of taking warm baths in the tub after my walks and based on recommendations from a fellow traveler I met, also had an incredible experience at a nearby hot springs and jimjilbang. I also enjoyed the complementary coffee/tea using the coupons received during check in. All the staff members I interacted with were incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in a more quieter area of Seogwipo and was a perfect start to my stay in Jeju Island.
