I always booked this hotel because it is located nearby Setia Alam and Meru. Sometime I got crowded room, sometime a quite comfy room. Hence, there are many things the hotel should improve especially the television channel.

Walking distance to McD but always crowded by drive thru. Ayam penyet always is walking distance. The smallest reception counter I ever seen. During checkout the printer having issue and the receptionist offer to send the receipt via email. Overall good to stay for business trip.

Pros: 1. SUPER FRIENDLY staff 2. Cheap 3. Nerby with Giant, McD, KFC, Starbucks and everything Cons: 1. A bit small room for 2 adult and 1 child 2. Towel not really water absorption 3. No lift, need to use stairs. Very exhausting. 4. The place a bit creepy, but not bad.

Basin and Shower Drain Clogged”
Basin had bugs upon entering the room, and both it, and the shower drain clogged up upon using the washroom. Sheets were not fitted sheets and came loose off of the mattress after only one nights sleep. The room had barely enough open area for 2 people to walk around in and place our luggage, was expecting at least a decent sized room for the price listed. No lifts here, so be prepared to walk up several flights of staircase to the first or second floor (mine was on the second floor) There was only 1 electric plug accessible in the entire room which was at a narrow wall mounted shelf at the foot of the bed. Towels provided were rough to the touch, unpleasant to use, and were not water absorbent at all. Parking was plentiful as the hotel is not near much else. The hotel location was near to a venue that I was visiting for the weekend.
