Nice place”
Whenever I have appointments in District 12, I stay here. There are really no other options as nice. I would like it if the Residence would supply dish cleaning supplies (soap, sponge, towel) for stays of one week or more. It is nice that the staff clean, but sometimes I want to wash something myself. Just a suggestion, not a complaint.

This was my second stay at Green Hills on a business trip. Perfect for anybody who needs to be in District 12. Friendly staff, clean rooms, included breakfast, good internet - can't really ask for more!

Green Hills suited my business travel as it was close to where I need to be for work. I only experienced one power outage in my time there and it was back up within an hour.

Located within a large IT complex/compound. Taxi drivers familiar with the compound, but had difficulty finding Green Hills. Hard to get taxi within compound. Place is clean with towels and bathroom items provided but toiletries were only replenished once during our stay.

Idea stay for business travel”
3 days business trip to Quang Trung software city located in HCMC. Stay in Green Hills as it is just walking distance away from office building. There are mostly business building in the same area entirely surrounded by fence and fully guarded, therefore it is quite and secured to stay. Location-wise it is some distance away from HCMC city centre which may not be convenience to backpack traveler.

A bit out of the way, but the best we could find in District 12. Taxis had a little trouble finding it, so maybe suggested directions for taxi drivers could be added to info. Very nice apartment.

right in the middle of the compound of Software City (HCMC's Silicon Valley) this huge 10 story building offers everything,you can expect at very reasonable price. However,for restaurants or shopping,you have to take a taxi,because there is nothing of the kind,near. You might feel-and maybe it is not just a feeling- that you are alone,besides the very friendly and helpful staff at the frontdesk.

Good for longer stays because of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Far from the tourist sites, but if you need to be in District 12, this is a good place.

Lovely apartment”
This location is not ideal for doing things downtown, but for holding meetings on site and doing business in this part of the city, it was a good choice. Clean, friendly, with a coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store on the property.

Totally not recommended for tourist ONLY for local”
We are wrongly choosing due to friend recommended. We are not recommended to anyone who are just visiting Ho Chi Minh in this apartment because NO food NO transport at here. An industrial area, we do not expected much but it failed to get food at all. At the end of the day, we have to eat instant cup noodles. The boss not allow to get one cent refund. We get the key and entered into the apartment, there is a maintenance guy so called need to do work in the apartment. BUT gas not function cant boiled water. The staff are helpful and nice. They did help to repair but because of the location, we have to move out from here. This apartment only suitable for local and who need to work at that area.

equipments and room service are not so good, especially air conditioners are old that makes much noise and were not able to control neither wind strength nor temparature. the hotel is in a far and quiet location from streets. breakfasts are poor and not many for you to choose.
