Loved this hotel, the price, staff, location, hotel room were all great. The staff speaks English and were very helpful to me and my family. The room we stayed in was very nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. The location was perfect, right across the street from a massive mall with lots of restaurants. Very close to the Haeundae beach and aquarium by taxi.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is located in a perfect area and nice environment in Centum city. Room was very clean and beautiful. However, when we asked the receptionist to add us the the breakfast package, the denied and said we can not add more guests. Anyway all in all, I recommend this hotel and will get back again.

The room size was more than enough for 3 membered family. It's within walking distance to metro station and the shopping area including 2 big department stores and the branches of famous local restaurants. It's very convenient location!

Good hotel and excellent location with very reasonable price. Except breakfast. What a disappointment. Just few buffet food available. And everything was cold, even hot Korean soup was not hot enough. As I mentioned to staff that only hot meal was coffee!

City view was beautiful and cozy. It was difficult to find the front desk from parking garage. You should change elevators from mall to hotel. The bath tub/shower was kinda inconvenient to get in and out.

Old hotel but really good location next to shinsigae and lotte department store”
The hotel is a bit old, but it is near the mrt station and very close to department stores. The hotel staffs were a bit rude and you have to pay extra to use the gym or sauna. Staffs speak basic english. Overall decent stay.

Location Strategic, but my room 1320 (13th Floor), for Hot water and Cold Water in Bathroom not in good condition because sometime the water become very hot & cold suddenly (need to fix), and also staff for cleaning bed sometimes not polite and not clean (throw the linen in the floor)..please next must be polite to customer

Hotel room for 3”
Chose this hotel specifically as it offers room with 3 beds. The limousine bus from the airport stops right in front of this hotel. We had some issues with the air conditioning during our stay but was promptly sorted out by the onsite technician. Not the best of location but still manageable with the subway trains.

Good facilities such as sauna, hot tub, mini marts. Not close to beach but close to many shopping areas including three large department stores and supermarkets

Would have made other plans instead of going to the hotel and was told early checking in is not possible. Gym is not free. No bottled water will be provided.

Overall good. But the gym and sauna facilities were not included though it is in the building. Usually they will have complimentary service or at least cheaper rate of in house residents.
