My friend and I had a nice stay at Hampstead Boutique Hotel. From the jettyport, pay PhP30 tricycle ride per person to be dropped off near the Catholic Church (Station 1 area). Around 100 meters away to an inner road is Hampstead Hotel. If you see the Hampstead Crabs signage, follow that. It's a little bummer to hike up to the hotel but for the price and the "new hotel feel", it was worth it. It's just a few minutes away from the famous Jonah's milkshake. We tried the Crabs in the restaurant and it was better than average. The plated breakfast was reasonable (choice of Filipino or American breakfast.) They provide a banig/mat and beach towel when you're going to the beach. There is a small fridge in the room and the aircondition was working well. You may ask the hotel for additional toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush provided). There is a working room safe which is idiot-friendly. It is quiet in the area. There is a 7/11 and a sari-sari store near the place. The restaurants nearby are those from other hotels, All in all, it was a comfortable stay here. No wonder it had high ratings.

Fantastic location, people, stay!”
I stayed for 3 nights at Hampstead and was blown away with how fantastic the hotel was. The staff there were so so friendly, and always greet you with a smile, and even remember you. I suppose this has to do with the fact that the hotel only has about 8 rooms so it definitely has a more personal touch. My room was modern and very clean and I had a great stay. The hotel lets you borrow beach mats and towels to take to the beach which was really convenient. Outside the hotel is a giant vase of water to let you wash off the sand that you will inevitably get on your feet, which was so great. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the main beach- really convenient as it is away from the noise of Station 1 at night but close enough to get to the beach and restaurants. The gate is closed at night (with a little door to walk through), which makes you feel more secure about the place. The breakfast was not bad- I just wish the continental breakfast was also available as complimentary for in-house guests. Otherwise I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Boracay! Totally worth the value for money!

Welcoming and convenient”
My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights during our visit to Boracay. Originally we wanted to stay on the beach, but as we were planning a last minute visit during the holiday season, all of the accommodation on the beach was either booked, or over our budget. We picked Hampstead thanks to the good reviews and proximity to Station 1 beach area and were not disappointed. It was such a short walk to get to the beach, and nice to stay in a quiet local area away from the crowds of tourists. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel is very cozy. We enjoyed the crab night at their restaurant. Definitely recommended for an affordable stay in a convenient location.

Amazing Customer Service”
It was an uphill boutique hotel but is just 2-3 minutes walk to the white beach. Location is good since it is near a Catholic Church and not too far from the beach. Staffs were really helpful and they never complain despite of the several requests of my mother. They are really accommodating and will let you know how else they can serve you and what other services the hotel can offer such as discounts in their famous crab or when you can use their villa's swimming pool when no one's occupying the villa. Our room on the other hand is the biggest room out of the eight rooms that they have except for the villa of course. We are at room 8. All rooms have same amenities like hot shower, toiletries, towel, slippers, bathrobes, safety deposit, cabled television, refrigerator, etc. But what made them different from the other hotels in Boracay would be their Caffitaly coffee machine. You can buy the capsules for only PHP60 or USD1.5. The room is spacious enough to move around and is very clean and comfortable. The rate we paid here is quite cheap since we got it for only PHP2100/night or USD45/night since we grabbed the 40% discount offered by Agoda and another 5% discount I got from my local bank. You may have hard time looking for this hotel at first but the moment you see the Balabag Church, you are already near the place. Since it is near the main road and the beach, you will never have hard time going around. The hotel also offers free use of umbrella, beach mats and towel which you can bring to the beach. All in all, I was really satisfied as if I stayed in my favorite Hennan Hotel less the free shuttle going to the beach and the magnificent pool that they have. But if you just want something nice and comfy and convenient to stay in away from the crowd, choose this hotel. Also, this hotel offers cheaper crabs than those hotels in the beachfront and it really tastes good. Nice experience”
Despite on the super typhoon that we met on Boracay in during our journey on November 2013 we got much positive emotions and also because of Hamstead hotel. I would say the hotel is best for the price. And we appreciated care from owners of the hotel for their guests (like small surprises from them). But the most highest estimation for very-very friendly personnel, for example sometime we were buying fruits in local markets and it was transforming into fresh juice in Hamstead's bar for free. In the hotel no one tried to get money from us as usually local citizens within Boracay and their sincerity won our hearts. Free water everytime as much as you want in rooms etc. To put in a nutshell we can not say something wrong about the hotel and we had heard high estimation of the lovely hotel from other guys on Boracay. Blown away”
I stayed at Hampstead with my girlfriend and I cannot emphasise enough how much we enjoyed our stay! Every aspect was perfect, from the large, stylish and spotless rooms to the ever available, friendly and helpful staff, we genuinely were made to feel like royalty. Having spent 4 months travelling around SE Asia and having recently stayed in 4 other hotels in Boracay, I can confidently say that Hampstead is by far the best. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed for 5 nights in Boracay where there was Typhoon Ursula. Despite of the very bad weather condition, the staff were accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure the generator in the hotel was working since all establishments in Boracay had no electricity and signal during our stay. Thank you Hampstead Boutique Hotel. 😊

Unique, ideal accomodations”
The staff was super friendly, helpful, efficient. Can't say enough about how welcome we were made to feel. It's a small 8 room hotel a short block from the main road and White Beach. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Stayed 5 days. The breakfast, not buffet, was made to order and always tasty and satisfying served with choice of fruit, juice, meats, eggs, and more. Don't usually eat dinner at hotels, but we did stay in twice and found the food quite good and reasonably priced. The hotel is up on a hill with great views and there is no elevator so don't stay here if you find a flight of stairs a challenge. Otherwise, you will not be disappointed at the Hampstead. 100% we would stay here again if / when we get back to Boracay.

Very nice hotel.”
This is a very nice hotel located in the quiet area of station 1.I stayed here 1 week.The beach is just a 1 minute walk and you can get towels from the hotel.Beautifull and clean rooms with comfortable bed and pillows.The hotel staff is very friendly and like many Filipinos...spontaneous.Although your sleep will not be disturb by loud music there is something to take note of....but it was no problem for me because i always sleep with my eyes AND ears closed :-) the aircon makes some noise if you want to sleep when it's on and there are some roosters around the hotel which can make you wake up in the night.The basic a la cart breakfast was not something for me to get early out of bed for.So i didn't.Since i don't eat meat the only thing which was left was toast,1 egg of your choice and a cup of tea or coffee.If you don't mind a 10 minute beachwalk in the morning you can find a Starbucks there with a variety of sandwhiches and coffee.If i ever come back again to Boracay i will certainly consider to stay here again.

Luxury, comfortable and great location”
I really enjoyed my stay at hampstead hotel, the staff were great and always on hand to answer my queries via email or phonecall before i arrived. All the staff also knew my name when i arrived which i was pleasently surprised at. The hotel is spacious and has a nice feel and the roof top terrace is amazing especially in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay here as although it was a 15min to the d'mall it was quite near the beach so i was able to walk along the beach and there are loads of places to eat nearby. The staff are amazing and helped me co-ordinate my activities with a third party provider and went out of their way to accomodate my 4.30am checkout. Guen and her team were amazing and made me feel right at home. I would definately recommend to all my friends and anyone visiting boracay!!!

A simply Awesome Stay”
Thumbs up for this hotel! Despite many hiccups for my trip (flight delayed for 5hrs, bad weather - incoming typhoon alert - Caticlan Jetty Closed) resulting in i didn't managed to stay for the 1st night (which is already paid for), scrambling for stay on the 1st night at Kalibo mainland etc, this awesome hotel and the White Beach really made my holiday super happy and relaxing! The staff were friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom is big and clean. The good feeling of coming back to a super clean and comfortable room after being out in the beach the whole day is really awesome. The housekeeping staff will deliver nice cookies to every guest rooms everyday. I am so touched when the staff gave me a pack of cookies on the day when i checked out and they told me it was meant for my consumption on my journey to the airport. The personalised service and attentive staff is what makes this hotel stands out. I like the quiet location of the hotel too. The fact that it is not located directly on the beachfront, it gives a quiet surrounding and relaxing stay. This hotel is located in Boat Station 1. You just need to cross a small road and walk through a very short walkway and there you are! Right smack into the pristine white beach near to the rock formation landmark - Willy's Rock. I enjoyed my stay at Hampstead and will definitely stay there again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay!”
Location: This is located in station one, not beachfront but only 3 mins away from breach. Room and facilities: We stayed in the superior room. It's big with a hotel-like feel. The pictures in agoda are precise. They also have restaurant and bar. Security guard 24/7. Complimentary bfast: I like the bacon so much! You can choose from Filipino bfast (rice meal) or American bfast (toast/pancake). With coffee or tea. Not buffet. Price: We got the room for P8000 for 3 nights, with bfast. Considering the room and service quality, and that this is located in station one, this is a very good price. Great value for money. Staff: Very attentive and courteous. Quick to respond to our needs. We also met the owner during our stay and he sometimes open the door for us . He also gave us a tour to their villa. :) Overall: We greatly enjoyed our stay. We'll recommend to friends and family. And we'll be back. :) Thank you Hampstead!

Choose hampstead hotel”
Didnt have any regret choosing hampstead as our home for 3days and 2nights. Hotel is well maintained. The thing i like the most is its cleanliness. It is also only 2mins walk to the beach. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Food is good. Place is away from the crowd and bars in boracay. There is not much facility but who cares? We are all heading to the beach anyway. Overall stay is perfect

Ideal Location, Helpful Staff & Good Value for $$”
Had a really good stay at Hampstead. I request for transfer from Kalibo which the staff arranged for me. Very smooth, the Operator had attentive pick me up from point to point. Location of the hotel was 2 mins walk away from the beach. Though it was not at the beach (which i honestly didn't mind), i had some seaview from my room. The staff are super nice to provide me with extra coffee & fruits as I booked a room for 2, but went on my own. The hotel has a pretty decent food selection which was convenient because I was so tired from my diving, i wanted to stay in sometimes. The staff was very nice to deliver breakfast & room service & continue to do so even when i didn't tip them at all (sorry..i forgot). When i did finally remember when i was checking out, they seem shock, as they were not expecting..how nice, they did all the fantasic job without expecting tips. Rooms were kept in super clean conditions, they were very sweet to leave a small jar of cookie after making up my room. Staff was very attentive & reminded me to bring a towel as i was leaving for diving. Staff was super nice to allow me to use their towel on my last day there so that i can dry up before moving to another resort. I had a fantasic rate for the suite which gave a me big room with living room. the only hiccup i had (which was acceptable) was the wifi can be stronger..i had some problems accessing internet in certain parts of my room. all & all 2 thumbs up..i regretted not staying at hamstead throughout my 6 days, (i booked another hotel fro day 4-6), but the staff was very sweet, they arranged my transfer to another hotel & even told me (with a big smile) to come back again. Fantastic place. Ah yes..toilet : well equiped with Eco stuff (gained cookie points from me) and very clean.

beyond expectation”
Our stay at Hampstead was very satisfying. The room was of decent size with very well-maintained appliances, super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. It only takes 3mins walk to go to the while beach and the hotel offers complimentary towel and bamboo mat for us to take to beach. Breakfast was carefully prepared and delicious. In a word, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys quiet, cozy ambiance of Station 1.

Nice Hotel but maybe not the Best”
It is nearby Jona's and Cocomagnus and S1 beach , but you shall walk into an alley and then arrive it after a very small hill.It is not so hard and tired to get it,but it is not so close to the centerpoint of Boracay, The hotel is nearby the mainland but the opposite way from the beach,it is very quiet in the night.The view there is just so so.It is a good hotel ,but maybe not the best choice in Boracay. To the staff service and room cleaness is very OK.It is also comfortable!You can think it as a simple hotel for sleep and rest.However,the staff are friendly and send us a small gift when checkout.Thanks for their kindness!

The most delicious and affordable food that I had during my Boracay trip was Hampstead in-house F&B. It's located near to the beach, convenience store and restaurant. Room is clean but abit musty.
