As a solo traveller”

A good services performed by the staff. That is great. Just make sure to bring your own meals, or your own garbage bag once you decided to eat inside your room. They do provide you with a small garbage bag, but yeah, i guess it wont be enough. Bring your own tissue, they do provide, but well, maybe not enough. Bring your own towel, and carefull with ants. Surely alot of that creatures walking on the floor. So make sure you take care of your room well. 😉 i still recommended it though.

My honest review ”

Nice place to stay. Subway, speedmart, self dobi, gym all is near. Parking facilities also nice. Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and good in response. Not an issues. Highly recommended.

This wasn't my first stay, I have being staying this hotel for the 4 pass years whenever I travel to PJ for work. Hotel room still maintain same cleanliness.

Good but can be improved”

The cleanliness is tip-top and my whole family is very pleased. Staff efficiency is high. My email to them was replied within 2 hours, and our request to replace a spoilt kettle was done within 15 minutes. However, I hope the amenities can be improved. The TV's reception in my room is bad and I can't watch any shows. There isn't a locker for our valuables. On checkout, the staff unintentionally gave me a chipped $100 note as return for our rooms' deposit. The note got rejected when I used it to make payment at a restaurant. It created some embarrassment for me then. Overall, I still recommend this hotel, especially for those who placed a high priority on cleanliness. Thank you.

Staff very friendly & helpful, free parking at basement, cleanliness good, simple & easy budget hotel. 99 speed mart, Indian vegetarian, india restaurant at same roll, 3 mins walk down beside shoplot have malay food at the corner. bah kut teh & Chinese seafood restaurant opposite within 5 minutes walking distance. Easy access to LDP highway.

Bad hospitality”

The staff here uncheerful, don't know how to wish and smiling to the customer, when asking something, show face and sarcastic (especially the short hair chinese untie, i think is the manager , play hp, so staff also follow.) pretend to be easy at work, but i can see no any guest here, what so busy about ?until like no time to entertain customer. they are forgotten their salary all come from the business, haha
