Stayed at Have Pension Hauz several times and this was the best stay yet. The room was freshly renovated and looked great. Service was good as usual. Breakfast was a bit limited but still ok. Would definitely recommend this hotel when in Gensan.

Enjoyed the stay with Have pension Hauz. Was able to have a refrigerator in the room for P50 per night. Breakfast could be improved upon but still reasonable.

Would stay here again once we come back to GenSan next time! For less than 1k/night, you have an adequately spaced room(like you can comfortably play a board game on the floor with someone else despite your luggage), a comfy bed, clean and also adequately spaced toilet and bathroom with H&C shower, an HD TV, a refrigerator, a cabinet with counter and mirror, a desk with 2 chairs, aaaand breakfast! Location is also great as you are 5-15mins walking distance from the plaza, mall, bus and van terminals, and nearby fastfood restos and pharmacy. Staff is accomodating. Though we requested our breakfast each day to be 6:30am, it still arrived at 7am. It is fine with us as we thought maybe 6:30am is the actual time-in of their cooks. Though surely, this could be improved especially for those strict on time. Other than that, really great place to stay in when you're in GenSan. :D

this pension house is really good value for money,rooms are very nice,medium sized,clean,and quiet.Internet works well and fast in the room too. hot water,really good comfortable double bed,nice and quiet aircon,2 windows,balcony,i enjoyed my stay at this place,good location,near to SM MALL and bars,restaurants.

The room and location are really good. The food was good too, and it was for free. But our problem was there were no dim lights or any lamp that that light up the room a little for us to sleep without the full lights on.

Price of the room was good as this was very cheap. Very Near SM. Staff was Accommodating. But room needs upgrading. AC was not too cool as it always "iced up". Our room had a funky vomit smell that wouldn't go away despite constant mopping of the floor. Bathroom always had small roaches that came out of the drain. would rate this 2 out of 5.

My stay was good although I stayed one night only. The airconditioning unit leaked with the water flowing inside the room making it messy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My breakfast with egg and corned beef were salty.

Clean room, poor WiFi, facilities like car rental depended on the owners availability which was nothing, ordered a taxi but at the moment of departure no taxi was reserved by the staff.. breakfast is simple but good!
