Britney is the only employee that has actually made sure the guests are happy and that the property is safe. If there is an issue she gets right on it she doesn't treat you like you're bothering her she is happy to see your face every time you come into the office. Hawthorne suites ”
This is an old establishment. We chose it due to the close proximity to Dallas Love Field. The rooms were clean but aged. Room included a full kitchen. This may be why it seemed to be that some were tenants. Place was quiet. However there were night activities into the morning that raised an eyebrow. The cost was a bit higher than it was worth in our opinion.

I’d been contemplating about staying here because I’d read bad reviews but never believe things till you see them yourself. Staff was courteous, the room felt like I was in my apt, clean, roomy quiet, not perfect obviously but an 8 out of 10. I’d definitely stay here again.

Really liked my stay. The place was clean, the size is great, almost feels like your own little apartment. The only thing I didn’t like much was all the traffic of people at night. Feels like you’re at a park with people out in the parking lot, kids playing, others listening to music in their cars. Don’t get me wrong, it’s all non violence related, just people enjoying the evening but if the noise was kept low i wouldn’t have minded the outside traffic. Good stay overall!

All the staff at the front desk need to be trained by the manager how to treat a customer and customer service because they are horrible! But... the manager is one of the best I've ever seen she's helpful understandingvery semethitic easy to talk to and she cares. But I was told 2xz from a sesk attendant if I didn't like something or was unsatisfied with the hotel I could check out and leave. No wifi when they say free wifi very clean inside outside the housekeepers / maintenance are so nice very attentive. Was a little unsure at first but after speaking to the manager about a few issues she had addressed every issue I had expressed! I still haven't received my room deposit no real answer on When I will. Yes it's a very clean place and majority of the staff are great

Is this a motel or an apartment”
I am a patient at UT Southwestern Hospital/Medical Center. I had to have a sleep study so I booked a room for my mom here. As much as I've been staying sick, I was afraid that I would need someone to drive me home. My mom didn't want to stay at the motel by herself so she asked her friend to stay with her. I booked for three people to stay. We get there and the lady that evening was very nice. I explained to her that my mom and her friend is staying. I have sleep study at the hospital but I'll be back in the morning. She was okay with that. However, the room did not look anywhere near as the website shows. When I saw pictures of the room on the website, I told my mom that I am jealous of her for staying at such a nice, fancy motel/hotel. Then we showed up to this……we walked in the room, which I was surprised because I did not except it to look like an apartment for a one person! This place looks no where near as what the website shows. I was disappointed. Warning, the website is a huge lie on the rooms! The couch was scary looking! It looked like a lot of people partied on it. I was afraid to sit on it. The kitchen was nice but I was excepting like a bar of soap or something at the sink. The kitchen did had a roll of paper towel but it was half way used. The bathroom was nice but it really needs some works. There really wasn't much in the bathroom either. Just one bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo/conditioner. Plus there was only one toilet paper roll!! I mean seriously, I was excepting more out of it since it is suppose to be considered as a motel/hotel. I mean it did say Suite so I was excepting to get more of a motel/hotel essentials. The shower was okay. I never really excepted a nice water pressure so I'll say the water pressure here wasn't too bad compare to other motel/hotels I've been at. yes, the paint and fixtures haven't been tended to in some time, but i love the two-room suites, and separate buildings. The rooms are non-smoking, but there's a patio, so, no worries.

The stay at this hotel was one of the worst we have experienced. The room smelled like a cigarrete, no running water in the shower, wifi password did not work. We arrived to the hotel at 1am after a long day of traveling and were so tired to eveb say anything. If you are thibking of staying here, DO NOT. There were also bugs flying in the room. The lobby smelled and also had bugs flying. I tried to call the front desk, but there was no phone in the room to reach them.

Absolutely awful place. Our bed was covered in blood. The staff would not bring clean sheets because they said “housekeeping was off “ this was at 9 PM when we checked in. Unwilling to help us at all. The staff from Agoda Attempted to call the facility but yet as I’m resolve this issue for us. We were in a town that was busy and able to find a different route to stay that night once we got there. It was awful experience with the hotel and the website
