Beautiful Peranakan heritage Boutique hotel”
Had a nice stay with my family last weekend. The location is great and quiet, just need to cross to the next street to go jonker street. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Good security, the door to the main lobby is locked at most time which require the staff at reception to unlock before you can enter. Limited parking space at the back of the hotel but they have another nearby private parking space. The room is nice & huge though it's old and the floors are creaky. But I feel that it's part of the charm of a heritage building. Level 1 have many Instagram worthy spots. Breakfast is located at level 1, the choices might not be many but they have at least 1 dish for different cuisine (e.g. Chinese, Malay and western) Only shampoo, body soap, soap bar, body towel and face towel are provided. If you're staying there, remember to bring toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner & lotion. The towels are clean but it has a slight musty smell. So bring your own towel if you can't stand musty smell.

Very comfortable and clean boutique hotel. Good size for the room too! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was simple with a few choices but definitely sufficient.

Staff that make the difference”
It is just a usual heritage hotel with room. But what's not unusual is the staff. All the staff are friendly, nice and sincere. The only 'downside' is if you have weak legs and cannot climb up the stairs, this is not the place to stay. The stairs are part of the heritage structure, so only stay if you are game to climb ... One surprise was that they had Netflix too!

Perfect Location”
Beautiful Peranakan baba nyonya boutique hotel. Very interesting building, spacious rooms with beautiful heritage and modern decor touch. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast variety is good enough with local and western. Loved their rendang curry chicken. Perfect location in Jonker as the front side can go to another Jonker shopping area and if explore behind the hotel by walking through a car park, can reach local’s eateries, Malay and Chinese restaurants, D' Tandoori House, the famous asam pedas clay pot restaurant, some open till quite late night.

Exquisite Hotel”
A wonderful boutique hotel, with just 10 rooms, it exudes exclusivity and provacy. Big, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Aircond was cool. The rooms were individually decorated which was a nice touch and our room had a private balcony. The staff were friendly, helpful and warm. Would love to visit again.

Very nice penerakan renovated hotel”
The boutique hotel is full of penerakan antique furnitures. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The fallback is there is only 4 parking lots and late check in vehicles has to find own public parking lots. Also, there is no lift in the building, so light travel will be advised during the stay

Staying in Millionaire Street”
70 years ago, this street was known as a millionaire street, you got to be a somebody to stay here. Interesting nostalgic past, suggest hire a local guide for a walking tour..

Great Location!”
Very near to Jonker Walk. Parking is available behind the hotel. Huge rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. But floorboards are creaky between rooms. Soundproof can be improved.

Good value for money”
The hotel is located in the heart of Melaka and makes it perfect for venturing out and around by foot to explore the town. Despite the central location, our room was nicely quiet. Breakfast options were rather limited and not particularly on the healthy side. Staff was friendly but absolutely screwed up with parking (they parked our car in the wrong order in a garage, so we had to come back in the middle of our day trip to make sure they can repark the car in order for another guest to leave) and didn’t even offer any type of compensation for that error. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the architecture and design of the hotel a lot.

Serious Safety Issues”
My wife was fortunate to avoid serious injury when the room hairdryer exploded above her head while in use... We complained the next day and the staff replaced the faulty hairdryer with another hairdryer with exposed live wires !!! Didn't thought of posting my frustrations here until I saw the replacement hairdryer was also a potential danger to our lives.

Poor parking facilities and room sound proofing ”
Poor parking facilities and imagine the sole reserved parking lot for loading and unloading was occupied by the property manager ! How horrendous is this? We have to make 3 rounds to find a lot for us to load our luggages for checkout !! Total 60 minutes !!! Not worth paying for the room rates ! Please have the Manager of the property to contact me.
