Great hotel to stay at in boracay. The room is very clean, all lights and AC working, bathroom has a tub to soak in after enjoying the sun and sand. Good quality beds to relax and sleep. Breakfast with good variety of dishes served daily. Pool is big enough without being overcrowded. In-room massage is great too. We were granted early check in. Hotel also offers airport to hotel transfer and vice versa for an additional fee. Avail this for problem free and convenient transfer if arriving from caticlan. Only downside is Henann Park hotel is not beachfront, but walking distance to the beach via d'mall, which is about 3-5 minute walk away. Overall a great experience and relaxing stay.

Best hotels on Boracay ”
All you wish for. Easy and fast check-in (not busy). Friendly staff and they were so kind to upgrade us also. The room was very nice. Everything you expect from a roomy regular 4+ star hotel. Bed nice and clean, comfortable. Bathroom very up to date and all working fine. Shower powerful and easy adjustable. Good stuff. There was a bath but we were only for one night so no need. Living in the Philippines and normally staying 3 star local hotels the breakfast was a nice breakaway from the simple Filipino style choices. Breads, croissant!, fruits cereal with cold milk to mention a few goodies. Next to all the dishes for Filipino and Westerner that like big breakfasts. The building is a square shape with courtyard being the pool. If you have a floor on ground level it is like having your private pool. Pool was notocibly chilly. Check out took a bit of waiting for the "clearance". Which I find still weird in Asian hotels... Like we are going to smuggle out a TV or waterheater. Anyways it is the way. One time they found something I left behind so serves a good purpose for the guest also.

Premium stay at the Henann Park Resort”
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew our stay would be fun and extra. Carve, the staff who assisted us, let us check in even if we arrived earlier than check-in time. Our room was also upgraded to Premium for free. These definitely made us feel relieved and pampered, especially since my partner and I were both tired from the flight. We got a corner room and we were delighted since the balcony was very spacious. I loved our room! Everything was new and posh and polished since the hotel is also fairly new. The service we got was also commendable since they attended to our requests right away like hotel slippers and extra pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. We also loved the breakfast buffet. We liked the dilis, they were really crunchy. I personally liked the crepes hehe. I had been reading comments on the distance of this hotel from the beach in that it was a bit far. But for us, we think the distance is not an issue, you just need to walk for like 5 mins to get to the beachfront. We always go thru D’Mall when going to the beach. The hotel is very near Watsons so it is also convenient. Overall, we loved our 3-night stay at the Henann Park Resort. Will definitely recommend this to everyone :)

Great job Hennan Park Resort staff!”
Going to the resort and staying at the resort for a couple of days was really a good and fun experience. It was really a blast! From the security guards, to the front office staff (thank you Faye!), to the guest service assistant all the way to the housekeeping crew and restaurant/bar staff, they were all amazing. However, the perfect score got ruined when we're about to return back to Manila... Upon reaching the dock on the way to Hennan's Welcome Center, we were caught up by the rain and only one umbrella was provided and for some guests, no umbrella at all. The crew of the boat doesn't seem to care. I even asked one of the staff to assist my pregnant wife that is alighting the boat since he has no initiative to do so. It's still raining when we reach the Welcome Center and when we're about to get in to the van that will take us to the airport, one staff asked the van driver to move the vehicle out from the covered area to which I believe the passengers should utilize to prevent us from getting wet. Instead of arguing, I used my laptop bag as an umbrella to cover my pregnant wife. Kudos to the Hennan Park Resort staff for treating all your guests with kindness and courtesy. It will be unfair if I give a low score just because of one bad experience though it should be addressed accordingly.

Birthday Vacation”
We booked the room with a direct pool access which my toddler really loves. We enjoyed the breakfast options. Great job to all the guards who opens the doors for us. Everyone was so nice to greet us every time we passed by. On our 3rd day (I think?) we asked for 4x to clean our room wherein my husband got frustated coz we have to keep on calling the HK maybe there's a lot of checkout but I think around 2pm was too much coz we really want our room to get cleaned as we have a 2yr old that needs to rest. We are also hoteliers working in a 5* luxury hotel abroad so we are also looking for a great hotel with a good service. I can say that this place is great place stay to stay. I just want to recommend to at least have someone in breakfast like supervisors to make a quality check on each table so you can assure that guest is fine or if they have any concerns during their stay so they can also highlight it to you plus you are making a connection to your guest. Like making them feel at home, earning their loyalty and a reason to keep on coming back to you.

We're supposed to stay for only 4 days, then it went on 6 days to 7th. The room is superb, it gives you a comfort after a tiring day of activities. Clean and comfty interior w/ a view over the pool. The staff are very friendly, they always greet whenever you meet one. The pool is also great. Very nice alternative if you dont want to go on beach. The breakfast is also nice. Though i got bored eating the same breakfast everyday. LOL don't get me wrong for saying this. But if you stay for too long, you know you'll get bored eating the same set of dish. But the food is really great and delicious. Also, the location is really nice. It is near to dmall and other business establishments. One thing that's off is the long-small alley going to the beach. Be prepared, as it was scary at night and muddy when it rain.

Here at Hennan Boracay you will feel so relax you dont have to worry about anything from your breakfast or you may eat your brunch, internet connection, soft and so comfortable bed, relaxing aroma of the room, unlimited access of towels for beach and pools, bar at the center of the pool while enjoying it. Sulit ang stay and bayad dahil ganun dn nmn try to reverse your budget from food to accomodation atleast paid na and problem mo na lng is where to eat on your dinner. maraming murang dinner nagenjoy pa mga bata relax ka pa :)

The hotel was in the perfect location. Within walking distance to the beach and surrounded with shops and restaurants. We used the airport transfer services of the hotel. It was a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it.

Henann Group of Companies have the Best of the best Breakfast Buffet in the island (for me) I love the Champorado! super sarap! Rooms are neat, clean and tidy and have a lot of essentials provided. Our room was upgraded to Premier Deluxe with Shower and Bathtub and pool view. Thank you Henann Park! but location is not ok for me co’z you have to walk like 5mins going to the beach front through D’mall or the tiny street going to Le Soleil. not ok for seniors and kids.

Made the best with Henan's Hospitable Team ”
Henann Park Resort is a little far away from the beach around 3-5 minutes walk -- for me that's far enough at least. However, this makes the trip so much fun and grounding. Walking on the streets of Boracay, getting to know the people, and checking the businesses made me love it more. Did I mention that Henann's staff was spot on and very helpful through out the process, it made me feel safe. One thing I didn't like is I had to pay for the gym!!! I think you can do something about this. Shouldn't it be free and readily available without extra cost for checked in guest? Moreover, my room was spacious, it smelled nice and new (not old and brittle). The view from my room overlooks the Henann property. The swimming pool temperature is kept at room temp as well. I will come back again and thank you for the upgrade. Shout out to Crave of Front Desk for being so helpful and adhering to my early check-in request. You are the best.

Biggest Henann franchise in Boracay I’ve stayed in in terms of room size. Better value for your money. I hope they can provide free water bottles tho. No bedroom slippers and robe as well! I’ve requested for a bedroom slippers pa but didn’t bother getting a robe anymore. The housekeeping missed my room so it wasn’t cleaned on my second day. Left at 10 am and came back at 4 pm. To my surprise, place is still the same as how I left it in the morning despite turning on the “clean-up” signage.

New, clean hotel and Good location”
This hotel was fairly new when we stayed there. The rooms were the same with other Henann hotels with minor differences in interior designs. Classy and simple rooms.Very clean, nice view and the breakfast is really good. Most of the choices are the same everyday with maybe 2 or 3 different viands daily. We also hqd dinner here and the food was good too. The hotel is quite far from the beach with an access road to the beach which is quite muddy at times and dark. It is roadside so it is easy to hail an e trike to other stations. I would absolutely go back to this hotel or to other Henann hotels . These are my go to hotels in Boracay, really value for money.

SERVICE: superb LOCATION: main rd resort in station 2. It’s around 5min walk to white beach via d’mall. It might be an issue if travelling with elders, tho riding an e-trike is an option (mura lng nman) FACILITY: daily maintenance clean-up of pool and everything else is clean FOOD: main course for breakfast are different everyday. It may not be as many variants as henann regency, still, with ample choices of food. We were upgraded to Premier room for free! Though with addl fee, roundtrip transfer fr airport to resort is worth it. Everything is taken care of, no worry that your luggage gets lost. The staff will carry them for you. Susunod ka na lng sa staff nila ☺️ They have thr own port sa mainland and own speed boat so hassle free tlga... Henann resorts never disappoints me ☺️

Although it’s tuck on the other side of the front beach but still a 5 minutes walk. Better that the crowded hotel on the beach that was so loud at night. Also the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best in Botacay. The place is very clean and well kept. The staff are all nice and greet you with a smile.

The newest addition to the Henann group hotels. Great staff. Accomodating. They were able to squeeze in our requests early check in. And additional breakfast. Hassle free transfer from airport to hotel and back. Greeted by a relaxing welcome lounge exclusively for hotel guests. It would be better if there was a play area and pool for kids. But nonetheless, the area was spacious enough to let kids run😊

T'was our first time to visit boracay and i must say that this hotel is great it's so clean and super comfy!, the ambiance is cozy and love their breakfast buffet. No regrets with this hotel”
I chose this hotel because it was the newest among all hennan resorts, plus it had family rooms to offer. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The resort was located at station 2, just a few mins walk to dmall, and a few mins walk to the beach via a narrow pathway on the left side which wasnt terrible. I was travelling with my senior parents and they didnt have a problem with it. The free daily breakfast buffet was amazing as well! The selection changes everyday, and staying there for three nights made it so worth it. Their champorado was the best! The resort facilities were very nice, they had mutiple pools, and we also enjoyed the poolside bar.

Best Choice for Family”
It's my first time to visit Boracay and Hennan Park made my 5 nights stay truly memorable. Location: It was not an ideal location for some since its not beachfront (1-2mins walk), hence it was in the mainroad so there has been a lot of access to many establishments like dmall and jollibee. Room: It was new, very clean and well-designed just like other Hennan Resorts. Good water pressure, hot and cold shower and room is bigger than expected. The only thing I got dissapointed was I had to followed up the room cleaning. Buffet: Orchard Cafe has a wide selection and everyday they change the course so in our 6 days stay, we never got bored with the food. Their buffet is feast, even with the kids! Everything was delectable, from breakfast foods to salads and fruits, however their pudding was the best I ever had, I swear. Pool Area: It was big and has great views. What I like about their pool area was it has a bar pool which you can dine while swimming and they would offer massage/braid services too. Love their mocktails and fruitshakes. They also clean the pool every morning. Personal: Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Staffs are very polite. But I wouldn't forget the security guard in the entrance. He was very accommodating, would always greet us and even helped us when we have to hail an e-trike outside and also helped us bring our luggages. Overall: Boracay and Hennan truly lived up to what has been said about it. We've always wanted to go to Boracay ever since it was reopened and I never regret we chose Hennan Park, though it is new, it has good facilities and I can feel the holiday coziness and safety at the same time. Looking forward for a return visit soon or try other Hennan esp Crystal! 😊

Enjoyed our family trip to Boracay”
Henann Park Resort is a very nice hotel. The amenities were great. The food was delicious. The ambiance is very relaxing and the room is very clean and smells good too. What I really like the most is the bath tub which made our stay much more relaxing. Staff were very accommodating too. They even upgraded our room for free and we're very fast in accomodating our requests. Will definitely stay hear again soon and recommend it to our friends.

I love our stay here, location is real accessible since it is in the main road also I dont mind the 3-5 mins walk to go to the beach. Breakfast buffet is 10/10. Our room is also a good one. And yep when you check in need to deposit a required amount just ask their agent if you're booking in. Would also recommend their hotel transpo for pick up hotel to airport or vice versa.
