A good place to stay in KL”
My family and i were having a wonderful stay for 2 nites in Hilton PJ. Thanks for all the friendly staffs by giving us such an unforgettable staying experience. The room is spacious, and my 2 kids enjoyed the bathtub very much. And thanks for arranging the extra bed for us with no extra charge. My wife like the bathroom very much as it is spacious and with the big shower head. The breakfast is very good and with great variety of delicious dishes, local food like nasi lemak,roti canai, western food , Japanese udon, indian vegetarian food etc..And of course the infamous the tarik,my wife and i love it so much.. So do take the room with breakfast when you do booking. The Hilton PJ will definitely be our first choice hotel when we in KL next time. Once again, thanks for the great hospitality,see you next time!😊🎉🎊

We were assigned to a room originally assigned to some Ms Chong and thank you for the birthday cake on behalf of ‘Ms Chong’ and a personal welcome back card from the GM :) we asked to put down our credit card so we can have charges to the room however were told not required since the room is already paid! Quilts could be better quality and bigger what we had is definitely not king size nor sufficient for the a/c unfortunately. Breakfast spread could be better cold food when it’s supposed to be hot is not really nice we tried the Japanese weekend buffet spread could be better too and please keep the food hot we got called back by the Resturant Manager because we couldn’t charge the bill to our room As hotel guest we can’t charge to our room that’s ridiculous especially at Hilton. As the spread wasn’t great at the buffet my husband decided to try the room service. Great food and generous spread overly friendly staff who insisted to come into the room when my husband asked him not to because I’m sleeping and got woke up by the commotion because he can’t charge the bill to the room and had to look for cash. Comparing with other Hilton that I’d stay before this hotel definitely need improvement nevertheless must say staffs are friendly and helpful hopefully the hotel can improve on other aspects to live up to the Hilton reputation

If you are going to be working in PJ for a few days, the Hilton is a great choice. Reasonably priced, lovely rooms, and a staff that goes the extra mile. Breakfast is fantastic -- they have options for every taste, and delicious coffee. If you decide to splurge and hit the executive club lounge, you can do it for about $40/night even if you aren't staying on that floor. The views from the lounge are spectacular. The pool is also great, and always empty. There are not many children around, which can be a plus if you are trying to swim laps. I'd give it my best rating!

Check in- smooth and quick, no issues Room- more spacious than other nearby hotels that I have been; comfortable, had nice bathtub. Breakfast- spread itself was not much in terms of choices, but well compensated by the fact that each meal being quite tasteful and nice. One unique feature is we can order a variety of coffee that will be freshly made and sent to our table. However the overall feeling was still bit underwhelming for a 5 star hotel. However my impression changes for the better when we almost done with our breakfast a trolley came with staff offering croissant that we can choose various appetizing filling. I had the smoked salmon one and it was absolutely amazing. Ms Teja has been particularly friendly and helpful (unlike another staff called Mustafa). Pool-Bit disappointing this hotel did not have children's pool, which is quite an important feature for parents with young children like me. Staff overall- 5 star all around. You can see that the staffs were well trained to be courteous and helpful. For example those who helped carry our luggage when we first arrived and helped again to put our luggage into the car when we're leaving. Also the chefs would have a quick chat and recommended you certain foods, not like other hotels where the chefs would just focused on cooking and checking the foods. Overall this hotel lives up to its famous name and anything that we paid extra translated into better features and better services. My impression is that this is a great hotel for business stay but not really ideal for staycation with young children. Overall will definitely consider coming again in the future.

The hotel staff were all friendly, attentive and accommodating. When we were trying to check in, my son actually vomited probably due to the taxi ride from airport. The hotel staff brought my husband and son to the washroom n helped my husband to clean up my son and even gave trash bag. Excellent experience. Definitely going back to Hilton if we are in Kuala Lumpur.

Close to Perfect but an Amazing Stay! ”
Hilton Petaling Jaya lives up to its expectations as a well established hotel. From the check-in experience until our last day at the hotel, the experience was amazing, delightful and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are spoilt for choice. Fitness facilities (gym and swimming pool) are accommodating enough, though I have to warn that the swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep so it is not suitable for young children. However, 2 issues encountered during our stay: The wash basin clogged (which I immediately for a technician to fixed ASAP). Another is the bath tub shower head leaked from the connecter (hose connected to the shower head) - [this i did not call up a technician cause the water is still flowing fast plus it's in a bathtub so if it's wet, it's in the bathtub nonetheless] Overall, would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY.

Old boy still have its charms”
Located at at the very heart of PJ, Hilton have always been an iconic place for business meetings, or Business travelers who have to travel between KL & Selangor. Business travelers who enjoys food will have a superior choice of dishes from its well known cafes and Japanese restaurants like Genji. Although traffic is an absolute nightmare going in and out of PJ, there is little choice for commuting as the nearest subway or LRT is a good 20 minutes walk away. Other than that; you are left to the mercy of taking grab and peak hour traffic. Overall, my business stay in Hilton PJ brings back many fond memories, I absolutely enjoy the breakfast spread, clean and comfy room & friendly staffs. Definitely my choice for my next staycation or business stay in PJ “new town”.

One of the best weekend stay in Klang Valley!”
When both my husband and I decided to go for a short weekend staycation on 3rd April to de-stress ourselves, we have made the right choice by staying at Hilton PJ. The greeting by the concierge was very welcoming upon arrival. The check in process was quite quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and greeted us when we walked around the hotel. We had lunch and breakfast at Paya Serai Restaurant. A special thanks to Ms Linda Kadir, Andy and Kalpana for serving us during our breakfast on 4 April. They were very attentive, polite and friendly. My husband said that the teh tarik served by Andy was one of the best teh tarik he had! Overall, it was really an enjoyable and comfortable stay and we hope to stay in Hilton PJ again.

I've stayed in so many hotels but hilton pj got the best staffs. Very rare experience. They were too nice and most of them have worked there for a long time. As for breakfast just the usuals but top notch service. Look for these staffs (Sharul, Shamul, SK, Hafiz, Shana, Mustaffa, Linda, Teja, Azlina, Irma and Kalpana) good work guys. The teh tarik was very good and tosai is made fresh as per request. Not many hotels got tosai. The rooms are very cosy and frequent sanitization. The ac doesnt hurt your throat in the morning which means ac has been serviced frequently. I love the hotel and the staffs there. Will definitely come again. Dont think twice, just book the rooms and let them handle the rest. Tq guys for the awesome service. Give them all a raise!!

I am having a great stay in Hilton PJ! Friendly welcome from front desk folks, clean lobby and the room (thanks for the upgrade too!), and kudos to the housekeeping department and the apps customer service who was helping me retrieve the items I left in the room and handed me well with proper packaging. Too bad I need to check out early and have no chance to enjoy the facilities, I will definitely book the hotel again.

Everything was Perfection!”
Firstly , the receptionist Ms Rona (sorry if I didn’t get her name right) . She was very helpful with the check in and allowed us to early check in. Also informed us that we may check out at later time the next day at 2pm. After informing that it was my friends birthday , she arranged for some simple deco(even its simple due to cmco, but it means something to us ). Thank you Ms Rona. Upon arriving at the room , we noticed everything was neat and pleasant . After requesting some additional toiletries via whatsapp (we was attended by Ms Josephine ) , she immediately arranged it . We received the item within seconds . And after a while , we receive a visit by a few staff with complimentary birthday cake for my friend ! It’s amazing . During bfast next day , we have been greeted by friendly smiles from all the staff from Paya Serai restaurant . The malay guy who take order from us , he is kind enough to take last minute order from us and very professional . The Kakak who send all the food also are all very friendly. Then upon check out , the staff Sri Ganeson has kindly assisted us in the check out process . And he makes us feels very warm with the wishes etc . I have been to severals 5 star hotel but this one is truly the best so far. I’ll come back for sure ! Thanks to all Hilton PJ staff for the amazing job done!

PJ Hilton will always be our first choice whenever we visit KL. We keep coming back here because of their great service, clean and spacious room, helpful staff. Breakfast was great too. For parking, be sure to take the ticket and don’t use touch n go or else you’ll be charged a hefty amount.
