Good hotel”
Everything worked as it should, clean rooms (although some mowl in the bathroom - but try to find somewhere in Vietnam without it... I bet you it'll be difficult.). Staff was very helpfull and friendly and managed somewhat decent english. A big COOP Supermarket just some 100m from the hotel with cheap food and clothes. Wouldn't think twice about staying at the same place again if I ever go back to Saigon.

i was on a day visit so decided to book Hoa Long Hotel. Price is reasonable. The reception was friendly as there was a mixed up with the timing. On my paper it stated 9am, but apparently i can only check it at 10 am. Nonetheless, service was OK and the room was average. Sadly, my taxi driver got lost while finding this hotel.

A reasonable rates hotel”
The staffs there are friendly and helpfulness.. Courtesy is there too. Always smile and greets you. Minus points is the doors and bed structure is quite old and have squeaky sound and condition not too good. Need to replace with new ones. The water basin tap is too noisy when fully opened. A loud vibration of water flowing can be heard even the top or below floors were using it. Overall consider not really too good but for rate wise is reasonable. Location wise is quite accessible.

stay was ok but no hotel room service list items. also staff do not speak very good english but were trying. i did not stay in hotel entire rental days but would like to have credit if possible in future for unused days so it can be used for future stay in same hotel or arrange credit towards future hotel rental.. what do you think? overall, stay was good and will recommend to friends.

Not my favourite hotel”
Location not suitable for tourists. Rooms tired and dirty - sheet on bed torn and stained and towels grey and sour smelling. There is a spa offering free and discounted massages, which may appeal to some travellers. We had planned another three nights in Ho Chi Minh city at the end of our holiday and would've booked this hotel again if it had been suitable and clean but booked (through Agoda) another hotel.

the positives: good location near restaurants, coop market. area bus station. room was average, clean, ac works good, maybe a bit too good, it get colder into the night. the fringe benefit you get to stay there is it has a nice massage and sauna spa.half price for guest, very professional, no monkey business. if you look for a good spa.

We stay 5 days here,One things dissapoint us is no hot water in our room.we call reception,they said will fix straight away,but nothing happen for 2 days. In overall, the hotel is good.

very very disappointed, the spa,sauna,steam rooms ARE Not part of the hotels facilities and come at a cost then plus a surcharge...poor overall and mainly aimed for MALEs and not females. NO tea/coffee making facilities,NO IN ROOM SAFE, tied and marked furniture, mini fridge almost totally frozen up. hot water for shower not working in the early mornings, we had to continually complain to get it fixed. not a great location at all. Wont be back to this hotel again!
