Overall the service was great from the front office to the housekeeping! The housekeeping lady attended to me very fast when i wanted to throw the rubbish, she offered to clean my toilet and change the towels too! I couldn't get her name but she was in charge on 11th floor. It was our anniversary and we just need to get out from the busy of our work life. Location was convenient to the town area and no issue with getting halal foods around that area. Thanks for making our 3D2N a relaxing and enjoyable moment! We look forward to stay with you again ~

Best Hotel for the price and location!”
Travelled with my 2 kids (2 and 7), and my parents (both seniors) and we loved the location of the hotel. It’s walking distance to the malls, and a 5min walk to ION Orchard where the MRT is. The daily breakfast is also very tasty. Their food changes everyday. Shout out to Felicia who assisted us in our 7D6N stay!

What's not to like. Okay, it's not the most romantic because most of the guests seem to be families with young kids. That said, it's in the center of the shopping district. Plenty of restaurants abound. Abundant access to mass transit and taxis. Nice quiet rooms with great hot water showers. Very good breakfast. Nice gym. Good service. I'd consider returning to this hotel again.

Value for money bec of it’s great location! 1-2 mins walk and you are in Orchard Road where the best shopping malls are.Great breakfast buffet! All staff are kind and efficient from the front desk to housekeeping to servers in the cafe. Will definitely stay again with them🥰

Easy going and easy access hotel with the amenities that you need when traveling. The place is comfortable and comforting. Being able to start your day at 6:30 am and get a cappuccino is amazing. Then location-location-location. And for Muslim travelers, there is a masjid right in front of the hotel too. Overall, great for business travelers and families as well.

Perfect place for staycation”
Absolutely love the room and the location of this hotel. Ion Orchard, Paragon and Takashimaya is just nearby each other with plenty to see, shop and eat. Our checkin was a breeze. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and help us to check into our room in no time. The room was spacious and the shower water pressure is amazing. My favorite item in the room was the lounge chair. It is the perfect spot to relax. The only thing we find lacking is the bed. Though its a queen bed, it feels rather small. The only thing we hope was the wall to be thicker as the room next to us kept turning their tv and music really loudly. and they even talk really loud till wee hours in the morning as well. We were impressed by the breakfast spread and the variety provided. Staff is fast to get us a table and very friendly as well though there were a lot of guests dining at that time.

Fabulous Hotel ”
I would say this should be a Jewel of Orchard. We booked this hotel by chance, thinking it was the other Holiday Inn nearer to Centerpoint, but it was a a lucky chance. From the point we checked into to the 11 days we stayed in hotel, we had nothing but GREAT service, accommodating staff, and excellent service. From the cafeteria, the chefs, the front desk, the security and room service and maintenance - we have nothing but such great experience. No Fuss. No Hassle. Great service. 10 stars - we hope to come back again in the future.

Singapore girls Trip”
Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express. Stayed from 20th -25th May 2022. The hotel is in a great location. Walkable distance to bus stop and the station (MRT Somerset). Plenty of shops within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby as well. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Very impressed. Staff were very helpful. We were a group of for 4 ladies. They gave advice to get to places, booked taxis etc. Buffet breakfast was just enough. Not too much or too little. Scrambled eggs were the best I've ever eaten in a hotel buffet breakfast. One of the days the food served (fried rice & noodles) was cold. Otherwise have had a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Best location for a reasonable price”
The location is in the middle of Orchard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze and without any fuss. I was given an early check in since the room was ready. The room was small and amenities were basic but I've got a good price through agoda and daily free water bottle. What can you ask more?
