You will definately enjoy their breakfast service. Very tasty and well-balanced warm food. Drinks are so fresh! But the restaurant is rather crowded even from the beginning at 6 a.m. The space is connected to a restaurant which was not lighted on. If you provide that space too for breakfast service it would be much better. Their fabulous lobbies and all diverse tables and chairs. The furniture is beautiful. You can choose according to your needs. You can even have a business meeting there. There are individual chairs where you can work with your lap tos which can be placed on their little tables attached to the chairs. The hotel has a great view which allows you to see a wide open park right next to your hotel. Your room has wide windows to see the entire scenary just in your bed. Whenever you visit LA for your business or travel, Holiday Inn LAX is the hotel you can enjoy as much as you dream.

nice location which is close to airport. but there is absolutely no noise from aircraft take-off or landing. i sleep peacefully in my two nights stay. hotel staffs are friendly and hotel facilities are well equipped. room are new and clean. i reckon its new renovated. really high recommended. will definitely stay in holiday inn again whenever i go for business trip!!!!!

Have no complaints (anymore). The room we were assigned was by the elevator and we asked to be moved. The front desk was very accommodating and switched us to a different room. The staff was friendly and helpful, great location, airport shuttle to and from the hotel was nice, the check in/check out process was fast and not stressful. Definitely worth the money. Will stay here again in the future.

Staff are nice, particularly those serving during breakfast. Parking is convenient, with unlimited in and out privileges using a validated ticket. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, but not so near such that I was able to avoid the heavy traffic near the airport. It’s also near the freeway, so it’s easy to go to/from downtown LA.

Great room, always love Holiday Inn. When you do not know which hotel to stay in a different location, always know that a Holiday Inn will be very reliable. Loved the facilities, convenient microwaves, lots of tables and chairs on the lounge area, also having a laundry room within the hotel is nice.

Nice hotel, good location and accomodating staff. There’s a laundry room where you can wash your clothes for $4.00 per wash and $4.00 for drying. Only drawback the breakfast menu is the same daily, hope bfast menu can be modified daily especially for travellers like us who stay for more than 4 days.

When I booked my room, I was actually scrambling to change from another hotel previously booked that turned out to be not-so-safe. The shuttle was convenient to and from the airport, the room was very clean (despite a couple of small cosmetic damages; busted doorstop inside the bathroom, broken light switch in the bathroom). The room was pristine and beautifully made up. We were thankful the staff let us check in a little early after our long journeys from the east coast. Unaware of the surrounded area, we took rideshares to and from the hotel to the locations we wanted to visit as the cost of car rentals were through the roof that weekend. The only negative I had was that the soundproofing between the door and the hallway was minimal and we had some obnoxiously loud neighbors who insisted on chattering in the hallway outside our door instead of going to their own room or to carry on the conversation in the lobby.

Good airport hotel. ”
Checkin was easy. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was supposed to finish at 11am we went down at about 1045am as had a late night check-in and were exhausted. They'd already packed it up. To the hotel's credit they offered us a cooked breakfast. Service was excellent. Airport shuttle was good only we missed the one we were intending on catching because the concierge didn't tell us we needed to stand outside the hotel to wait. If we'd be told that we would have not had to contend with extra traffic. All in all minor gripes. I would definitely recommend as an airport layover hotel.

Great for our 1 night”
We arrived midnight and waited over 30 minutes and the shuttle from the airport never made a stop. Luckily as soon as we checked in was greeted with a very friendly receptionist, Danielle. Location is great, room is big, clean and bed is very comfortable. Only problem is we wanted to sleep in and with no black out curtains the sun light woke us up.

Nice motel in handy location. I arrived several hours early before check-in time and no any rooms were ready. So the reception girl said she would email me as soon as a room was ready. Not long later I received an email from her stating that they had one ready early for me. Just good old fashioned service which is lacking in so many motels these days and it was appreciated by me. I would be happy to stay there again.
