The hotel is brand new, only 3 months young. Good sized room is well laid out and very clean. Nice touch with quality local toiletries. Very close walking to the foodie streets in town. Would return if visiting again.

The hotel is brand new and still in trial run. The room was clean with comfortable bed, and the amenities were good. The location is great, it takes just minutes of walk to reach famous street eats areas such as BaoAn Rd.. Great experience.

It’s a great hotel, perfect location and the room size is good too. Staff was unprofessional though, I called (from the room)to ask some questions and they even asked me if I was the room guest there🤷🏻♀️ if I was not why would I be using the phone in the room and call you for help? Overall, this hotel is value for money. It's a new hotel so it's clean. For a 4 star hotel, i would expect them to offer free parking but they are charging 200TWD for weekend and 100TWD for weekday parking per day.

We found this hotel met our needs for a 2 day stop in Tainan. It was only opened in July, and does not do evening meals, but we knew this prior to arrival. Being new, all was spick and span. Staff were always helpful, our room was a bargain price and was a little small, however everything worked and the main reason we chose this hotel was it had a proper shower with screen (yippee) - no trying to climb out of a bath onto a wet floor! Breakfast meals were large, and there was a good choice of Asian and Western on the menu. Space made for a laundry but the equipment hasn’t been installed yet. Well located for us to be picked up by locals we knew.

Very noisy ”
No soundproof at all. You can here people walking down the hall like if they were right in your room. Very hard to fall asleep when you can here everything that is happening outside your room. Also only two small elevator which can only fit about 5 people or 3 people with luggage. If you have a tour group checking-in before you, good luck getting up to your room with the elevator. But you can always take the stairs next to the elevator if you are staying on a lower floor and no luggage.

I’ve asked for extra pillow during booking, while check in I reminded need extra latex pillow and they confirmed, when I return to guest room extra pillow is feather instead of latex so I informed the front desk to change for me when I go out for dinner and they confirmed, after back to guest room and found didn’t change and I’m too tired to call them, next day I asked front desk to follow and another staff card replied me they have no latex pillow in hotel, when I return at night I found latex pillow in my bed…., besides this, the location is excellent, if there’s a convenient store nearby will be perfect.
