They open reception another hour when the spirit of tas docks so don't worry about late check in. We had ocean views, and could hear it in the night from our budget cabin! Everything you need

Great location for the spirit of Tasmania ”
Less than a 5 min drive off the boat we were in our cabin. It was a pretty old one (cabin 17) but bed as great! We did have trouble with the hot water cutting in and out. The hot water unit was well and truly past it’s lifetime rusted out. We would stay again thought and staff were friendly

A nice stay for one night”
Very out dated and basic, but very close to Spirit of Tasmania for those sailing the next day. Someone has started to paint the cabin we were in, but it looked like they stopped half way. A little worried about the gas hot water system as it was extremely rusted and old. The gas bottle was 2 years outside of the 10year retest date. For what it was and the price, it suited our needs for this trip.

Agoda lie, or thus park lies. I was put into a basic cabin, booked a deluxe cabin. Was told that's all you get from Agoda. Wouldn't use it ever.

Convenient Location; basic and simple”
Only stayed a couple of nights but it has everything you need for a quick stopover in Devonport. Only 5 minutes away from the Spirit of Tasmania was very handy! Rooms were small but value for the price paid!

Run down. Dirty room. Beard hairs all over sink!”
The place is unkempt & run down. We arrived on dusk and our first impression on spotting the overgrown bushes & run down sign out front was unanimously "Creepy!". Surprisingly, it was also pricer than other cabins/hotels we stayed in on our Tasmanian tour. Inside, our room was old, dirty and our sink was covered covered in beard shavings. There were absolutly no extras touches, such as tissues, tea/coffee, milk, etc. (the first we've experienced that). Once we'd cleaned the room ourselves and had made our own beds it was ok -- though the mattresses were uncomfortable so nobody slept terribly well. The location was nice. Unfortunately, Hotel Abel Tasman Caravan Park was the worst memory we brought home from our holiday.
