I booked this hotel and I pay total amount during booking but when I reached the hotel, they say there are no booking from your side then I show my booking confirmation number but they can't accept it and I can't get room.

Friendly staff, clean and quite rooms with funny bathrooms. Situated at a dingy street, but its ok for Mumbai. 50 rupies by tuk-tuk from/to the airport 24 hours a day. Easy to fined with gps coordinates. We liked everything. Thanks!

Near airport & at metro st.”

Auto rickshaw 100 rupee/maximum to and from airport they usually not use meter only hire. If use meter rate not more than 50 rupee. Some room ok , but some not depend on your luck.free BF but it taste not good I done it once.But Helpful staff , then don't expect more , take it easy.

At Marol Naka Metro station”

Room condition better after I comeback again and choose a cleaner room, don't expected more

AWFUL Experience!!”

I booked a bed in a dormitory based on the picture supplied by this hotel on January of this year (they had dormitory at that time). When I get to this Hotel, the receptionist showed me a filthy and claustrophobic dormitory plenty of tiny bunk beds. It was something utterly different from what they had advertised. For the first time in all Asia I decided to cancel my booking and ask my online payment refund. Not only the old receptionist denied my request, but also he sent me away rudely. To sum up, I went to the Police Station to report their scam and after a while, the hotel manager appeared there to refund my money due to legal implications. NEVER again this hotel!!!

Terrible hotel”

Terrible. Despite confirming my agoda booking by phone a week before arrival and on my way to Mumbai in the train, on arrival they told me there are no rooms available. I had pre-paid 100% of the cost. They wanted to put me in this hotel and my friend 5km away in a "sister hotel". Eventually they somehow got 2 rooms in the sister hotel but that standard was disgusting. Paan spit on the walls, hair oil behind the bed, dirty sheets with cigarette burns and no A/C. It is disgusting that you can stay in a palace in Rajasthan for less than this dump charges. Avoid at all costs.

Bad hotel”

A very basic budget hotel. Very small rooms with even smaller bathroom. It is very difficult to find out the hotel, specially in the night. No question of coming back to this hotel.

Cheated by hotel ”

The airport is literally a 3 minute drive away. Taxi in Mumbai are metered and we asked our hotel to arrange for one to pick us up early in the morning for our flight. When the taxi showed up he asked for 300 rs ( an outrageous amount) we said no meter and talked to our hotel staff who arranged it. He said no it's 300 rs. We were in a rush and made a fuss then paid. I can't believe he cheated us that bad. If it was metered as it needs to be it would be max 50 rs probably less. We choose to stay here because of the location. It is near the airport. The room was fine for the night. It had AC and was suppose to have hot water but we didn't have any. I would not stay here again after my experience with the hotel. You can stay in town and taxi to the aiport at almost the same price.

Horrible!”

Absolutely horrible. I will never approve of establisments like these.looks terrible from the outside. The inside looks a bit better but the bed sheets were dirty and old. The room interior were extremely small and cramped. Disgusting establishment. No no no no. Never again......

Valuable, friendly staffed hotel”

Our stay at K C Residency was really comforting, the staff was extraordinarily helpful, you could ask them for anything and they would do their best to get it done. The value is a worth a lot more than the money you pay. Even though it's not at a prime location, the metro is so close you can reach any part of the city in very little time.

It was hard to find this hotel as it is inside from the main road. From out side just got disappointed by the out appearance of the hotel. Inside the hotel is maintained properly. Service is O.K. what they promised in their manifesto is correct. It is not a suitable place for the travellers who like to stay some more days to enjoy Mumbai city attraction. This is only for the passengers need one night transfer to international fligt.

Could do better.”

1, The paint cans kept in the corridor smells like gas leak. 2, There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Once I fond a centipede crawling in the bed. Too many bugs. 3, Receptionists weren't polite. Although direct and honest, they obviously lack soft skills.

Convenience”

The staff in charge were all very kind, helpful and they understand our situation and made it easier. OK! if you come from your comfort western country, remember this is India! What you call superior or the luxe may be not what you expect. But we had a comfortable and clean bed. The shower was hot and really good, the TV had plenty of channels, the WiFi has perfect connection, and anything you feel to eat, in anytime can be bring to your room, and your breakfast is Free...So! You don't have to search for a restaurant The hotel is 1.4km from the airport, so we walked. If you prefer a tuktuk, don't pay more than 50/60 rupies. Next to the hotel is the metro,(15 rupies) connected to the train station who brings you downtown for 10 rupies/second class, to churchgate or to the central station Very convenient place!
