The location is fantastic, directly opposite the Maastricht Station. However, my room is super cold at night, no heating. So if it's during winter, this will be a problem.

A very enjoyable stay”
I really enjoyed the experience of staying at Hotel Kaboom, the staff were exceptionally friendly, informative and helpful on check in and when I needed help with my suitcase lock. The hotel room was clean, beautifully decorated and had nice features and incredibly good value considering the price and the location which is directly opposite Maastricht station (yet, still quiet). The only slight downsides I had were a slight layer of dust on the centre light fitting and no rubber seal between the glass door of the shower and the ceramic shower tray, which caused water to collect on the bathroom floor, even with careful showering. Despite all this, I would definitely stay again on my return to Maastricht.

Exceptional”
Went to Maastricht for an André Rieu concert and stayed at this hotel. We loved the quirkiness of it - it brought a smile to our faces😁. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless and breakfast was plentiful. We especially liked the outdoors ‘chill zone’ and enjoyed sitting there in the sunshine with our complimentary Prosecco! It was very central, being just across the road from the station and a short pleasant stroll to the city centre. We liked it so much that on our return home I googled Hotel Kaboom in the hope that there might be others in different cities but alas the one in Maastricht appears to be a one-off😢. I would recommend it 100%.

Relax and comfortable ”
Pros-location it is in front of train and bus station. Two restaurants just besides the hotel and connected at the lobby. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. It provides clean towels, shampoo, soap and hand soap and blow dryer. Great and fun decoration rooms and hotel. Front desk personel friendly and very knowledge around what to do at the city. It offers breakfast but need to paid extra for it. Breakfast very nice and good selection. Cons- For people in wheel chairs the hotel has stairs and small elevators. For deaf and hard of hearing there were not personel who understand sign language and not flashing lights at rooms to let a deaf person know of any emergency at the hotel.

Disappointing Kaboom”
I booked an urban superior room and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. It cost 254e and I have never seen such a small room. We couldn't open the toilet door fully as it was at the end of the bed. I couldn't walk around my side of the bed as there was no room so had to climb onto the bed from the bottom. The wardrobe was a hanging bar with hangers on it ....literally. I was flabbergasted. It was spotless and not too far from the centre but I was delighted it was only for 1 night. The two on reception were very welcoming and lovely and as I said it was spotless but definitely not for me. Sorry Kaboom.

This is a great hotel in a great location for travelers as it is a 30 second walk from the train station. Rooms were spacious and clean, great outdoor terrace for everyone to use. The staff were amazing. I would recommend anyone stay here!

Nicely decorated hotel”
Nicely quirky decorated hotel, clean & super comfy. Feels like staying inside, rather than go out haha. It is also literaly just next to train station. Superb. Tried lunch at dadawan, huge portion with reasonable price & delicious!

Great location and nice hotel concept”
Location is the best. Right in front of the station. Easy to locate. Breakfast is DELICIOUS. Right at the cafe beside it. Lots of food. The sausage and eggs are great. Coffee and cereal too. Dessert, everything! Unfortunately, you can't request for an earlier breakfast. (Starts 7am). Rooms are comfy with nice design. They don't provide slippers though. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Staff was really friendly, accommodating and helpful with my questions and requests. All were promptly answered and granted when possible. Elevator vs stairs either way is great. View from the room is nice. Quiet at night, had a good night's rest for the 2 night stay. Quite expensive without discount but I will book again if it were more affordable. Thanks very much!

Really so near from Train Station. just cross the road. The room was good. I love the chill zoom. Waited for 20 minutes for check in is the only set back. The front desk is alone. she was super nice, it is hard foe her to manage everything.

Noise”
The hotel is very nice but there is no isolation between rooms. The whole night we have heard people on the stairs, on the corridors, in other rooms. It's been a sleepless night. Despite the good location, the very nice design and the kindness of the staff, I will not book there again.

Good Location, tidy room”
The room is good and modern, It has all necessary things and very tidy. The design is fancy and fit our needs. Only one thing is that water will split out to floor of toilet when bathing.
