We were very well entertained by the staffs even though we haven't checked in on time. We were transferred to other Livemax hotel which is walking distance so no hassle. The hotel is so clean and very nice and worth the price.

Bare Minimum”

The hotel seemed to put zero effort in, largely because there were no staff anywhere. Check in was not friendly more robotic after we waited in line for half an hour to meet the one staff member doing check in. This was the only hotel staff I saw. The location is not very good as it is about 30 mins walk from the Dontoburi and was not worth what was paid. The hotel facility is fine and if they just hired some more people and opened up the cafe they have in the lobby my opinion would change. Golden Week is the busiest time of year and the hotel seemed to be barely open..

Uncomfortable experience ”

The location of the hotel is good. You can reach the metro station within 10 minutes and having good restaurants around. However, insufficient staff in the counter to provide service. The washroom/toilet in the ground floor is locked and denied my request to use, when I was waiting the check in for one hour. Finally, I paid the extra 1000yen to access my room’s toilet as “early check-in” fee. The shower curtain has molded and they would no provide house keeping service if you don’t stay over 7 days. I don’t recommend this hotel according to the service and price. Hostel would be better than this “Hotel”.

駅近で便利”

翌日は天候悪化の予報で電車が動かないと予想し、急きょ前日に宿泊を決めました。駅から徒歩すぐで、とても綺麗なホテルで女性一人でも安心して泊まれます。一つ言うならアメニティグッズがもう少しあれば良かったです。

ライブ後に過ごすホテルとしては最適なホテルでした。 御堂筋線本町駅より歩いて5分ほどで心斎橋へも徒歩圏内、天王寺梅田へもアクセスが良いところなのでただ寝るだけを求めるならば最適です。 部屋も清潔感がありストレスを感じませんでした。
