The hotel is easy to fund but quite far from station but staff are nice. Actually I'm not sure that the light in my room does not work.

宇都宮の東口から徒歩15~20分というところでしょうか？　歩けなくはないですし。 近所にドラッグスタア、宇都宮みんみん、などの飲食店もあり不便ではありません。

ビジネスで利用しました。 宇都宮東口より徒歩で10分くらいと、やや距離はあります。 おそらく既存の物件をリブマックスが買い取ったものと思いますが、施設はやや古めです。 近所にファーストフード、ファミレス、薬局等があり便利は良いです。 フロントの方の対応も良く、ビジネスで利用なら不足はないと思います。

安いけどロケーションが悪いかな”

リブマックスさんはどこも安い、そのため安いです。 ただし、2点何点が。駅から離れています。 そしてバスルームでお湯を使っていると給湯器？的なものの音がうるさいです。 それ以外は特に不満はありませんでした。

部屋の広さ”

部屋の広さゆったりめで 良かったです。 駐車場もあり、助かりました。 シャワーの所の石鹸置きの下が 汚かったのでそこだけが残念ポイント。 あとはフロントの方も感じ良く 満足な度になりました。

GW中の宿泊でしたがまずまずの値段で宿泊できました。 駐車場は数台分は無料で先着順に止めることができます。事前予約だと有料になります。 夫婦でシングルの部屋に泊まりましたが、タオルや館内着が一人分しかありませんでした。 シャワーの水量が安定しませんでした。残念でした。 ホテルの下に居酒屋があるのですが、テイクアウトして部屋で食べようと思って行ったら、部屋まで配達してくれました。親切な対応でした。

ホテルのかたは親切丁寧でした。 和室の滞在だったのですが、昔のお部屋をそのまま使われているのか、陰気な感じがしました。清潔とはいえず、クーラーはなかなかきかず、、、。子連れで和室はありがたいので選びましたが、もうとまらないかな。

お部屋のアメニティが、何があるのかわからない（載っていない 駐車場の予約が必要(6台)だったが、気が付いてからでは遅かった。最寄りのコインパーキングに駐車(300円/24H)できたのが、不幸中の幸い(徒歩約3分)
