Marcontonio was the best choice for us”
We stayed at Hotel Marcantonio for only one night to catch an early flight the following day and wanting to walk around our favorite spots in Rome one more time before leaving. The hotel was absolutely the best for our needs: Within short walking distance from Termini (it took us under 4 minutes one way with bags), super clean, very good service and very nice hotel staff, air conditioning which was much needed, and hotel is located in nice building and quiet for the location. We chatted with the staff, everybody super friendly, and got a really good recommendation for a restaurant.

Hotel with awesome staff ” I booked this hotel just for its location. There have one tiny elevator but is OK.You have to contact staff on 5th floor.The room and amenities are clean and comfortable to stay. But I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s hospitality and 5 stars service! Mr Jurious is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended!

Convenient location, bargain for busy traveller”
The hotel is located on 5th fl, reached by small (typical) elevator or stairs. My room was quite small w/ tiny bathroom & the sink is right in the room but clean, good mattress, mini fridge, A/C. Basic Italian breakfast in the room (coffee, juice & pastry). Very little street noise. Location is very close to train station & walkable to major attractions. Staff was very helpful, providing map & info on public transport options to points of interest. Staff was friendly & professional - there are good, reasonably-priced restaurants in the neighborhood. Grocery store across the street for snacks & conveniences. Hotel Marcantonio is a very good choice for budget-conscious traveler who will be spending most of their time out enjoying Rome, and just needs a safe, clean spot as a home base.

Great, just great ”
Price is cheap, but definitely worthy! Location is just great, near Termini but it’s safe, located on the big road. Staffs are friendly and air conditioner was working well. If you stay in Rome, just go to this place. No regret! They also provide breakfast, even bringing to your room. In case that you go out earlier than 8, they will provide breakfast bag!

Good value for money”
This charming hotel is only a few minutes walk from Rome Termini Station, close to everything. Room is compact and complete, mattress is great, staff is friendly and approachable. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. My only comment is to have a shelf for the toiletries in the shower. Otherwise, 10/10 would stay again.

It was a perfect holiday. The hotel was in the best location, very close to everything, the staff super nice and flexible, breakfast in bed, I can't say anything bad. At our last day we could leave the luggages st the hotel so it was also a super service and we were really glad. I can highly recommend!

Again, the lication us good. They have a lift to take you to the 5th floor. Lots of halal restaurants. Staff were courteous and ready to help when asked.

The location of hotel is excellent. And staffs are very kind and the room is clean. But as you know most of all hotel in rome is old. So i am very happy about steaying this hotel. When i will go to rome again. I will choose this hotel again.

Good location, just a few minutes walking to the Colosseum, Fontana di trevi and many others atracctions. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. We found an excellent restaurant just around the corner, Amedeo, best pasta I've ever ate and good price.

Exceptionally economic hotel with helpful and cordial staff and great facilities ”
For the price we booked for this June, it would be unfair to say it with any cons, except lift is small and can accommodate only 3 people. It is very close to station.

Good place to base yourself”
This hotel is in a good location,very close to Termini Station and a short walk to the Colosseum.Room is basic in typical European style..small..which is expected in places like Rome.Place was clean,bed comfortable and I didn’t hear any outside noise. Staff at front desk were always welcoming and pleasant and more than willing to assist with directions and recommendations. Handy tip:When trying to locate this place,base your directions from Termini station..you can’t go wrong.Also..look for the gold plated sign on the wall out the front..this is the only indication of the hotel being there. All in all..a comfortable place to stay when out exploring all day.May be able to find something cheaper,however in the height of peak season I think it is good value.
