Comfortable classic hotel.”
The hotel was built in 1949 and it had an air of supremacy in it. The rooms are in great condition , probably renovated but they kept some of the old classic furniture and furnishing. It feels as if one has stepped into the setting of an old movie! No worries about the age of the hotel, we had a great stay and the bar restaurant on the ground floor actually serves very good food.

Comfortable, with a taste of old Russian”
The hotel room had a taste of old russian in it. The room has been refurbished but they have kept the quaint and cosy feeling from the olden days. Love it! Some of the furniture seem like the original ones from 1950s but they are well preserved and we had a lovely stay in the hotel.

Excellent service, good location”
I stayed at this hotel due to it is one of the pick up point for Ice Breaker Sampo. The transportation is excellent than only 10 minutes walk to railway station and bus terminal. Although the hotel is old style but it has his specialty feeling. Reception is friendly and helpful, provide city map when you ask location of scenery. There is super market and fast food restaurant, Chinese style restarurant also, so it is very convenience.

shopping mall, restaurants, and supermarket nearby. easy to reach central station and bus station, within 10-15 minutes walk. Their staff is very kindliness. They let me early check-in even I arrive at 7:00 am.

從火車站到酒店大約走15分鐘. 房間空間大, 足夠同時打開兩個28吋旅行喼. 房內設施不花巧但整潔企理. 由酒店走路到 Snow Castle 大約10-15分鐘, 很方便. 坐破冰船的話, 這裏是其中一個pick-up point.

Olemme vakituisia vieraita mm. miljöön, hinnan ja ystävällisen palvelun takia. Myös kiireelliset tulostukset hoituvat hotellissa. Miinusta on se, että sama menu on ainakin jo toista vuotta. Parkkipaikkoja saisi olla enemmän.

Miellyttävä ja rentouttava kokemus, kaikki pelasi. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hotellin puitteet henkivät upeasti vanhaa, siellä oli säilytetty säilyttämisen arvoista, silmä ja sielu lepäsi nitä ihastellessa.Hiukka oli toivomisen varaa huoneen siisteydessä, esim kaappien ritiläovet olivat pölyisiä ja suihkuverho ei estänyt veden leviämistä vessaan, vaan koko vessa lainehti suihkun jälkeen (onneksi oma mies osasi laske suihverhoa alaspäin, niin vain kerran vessa kastui kunnolla).

Huone ei vastannut odotuksia, hinta-laatusuhde ei kohdallaan, maksu Superior-huoneesta, mikänkä oli sitä Superioria, yleisilme nuhjuinen, tosin siisti, mitä siivoamalla saa.Esim.hissi haisi selkeästi virtsalle. Ravintolassa muuten hyvä palvelu, mutta tilatessa kuohuviiniä, sai kuohujuomaa, ei todellakaan sama asia.
