Quiet location with many nearby places to go. A bit of walk to Kameido station but the scenery is nice. Kameido Clock was just very close with nice shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again.

Facilities were beyond what I have expected considering the price I paid for. Draw back is that it is a 10 minute walk from the station so coming with heavy bags is quite hard but will definitely come back.

You are paying less, but keep in mind they do not clean your room, change sheets, or towels. You have to pay extra for these services. You also have to take out your own trash. Location is ok. Close to Tokyo station and akihabara. Everywhere else is roughly 45 minutes by train. Hotel is equipped with a laundry room, which is nice. One Staff member insisted that you can't smoke outside of the hotel in the sidewalk, street or the whole area of Kameido. This is incorrect. Diners were smoking in front of the izakaya restaurant in front of the second building and the Lawson. I think he is just bad manner.

Throughout my staycation it’s satisfying, though I’ve to spend some time to do the cleaning by myself. Since room size is limited hence I need to pack nicely into my luggage after each shopping. Bathroom size is really small though am skinny but at times I still knock on the bath tub and uneasy to move around besides the toilet and basin. The room is facilitated with aircon, air warmer in one machine, microwave and small fridge. If you want to cook, can request for utensils at the lobby. The staff over there communicate with me via translator devise (Jap-Eng) One of the staff by the name of 高橋, he is very kind, I rang from my room and he addressed my problem by bringing up the items which I needed. Excellent location with many places to shop and dine in around the hotel. Bathroom is very small and the colour is not pleasant looking. Overall it is a cozy room except that the bathroom is very small and causes some inconvenience.

Every room is very dusty. Many hidden dirty in corner, under and beneath toilet. Suggest a MAJOR cleaning. Quarterly MAJOR cleaning is good enough as daily room making doesn't have sufficient time.

This truly should not be calling itself a hotel, maybe a motel or a halfway house. THEY DON'T CLEAN YOUR ROOM UNLESS YOU PAY LIKE 20 DOLLARS. And apparently they don't even clean the room between guests because my bathtub was covered in someone else's hair 🤢 this was truly the nastiest, most grungy place I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. They also let you rent out things like cooktops and such that make me think people live here?? What the fuck? I've stayed at other MyStays hotels and they were really nice, this was abominable comparatively. Truly, do not waste your money here.

we had a good stay in this hotel, we were there for 7 days,its not luxourious but honestly it is perfect if you are going sightseeing everyday, we also stayed in a hotel in nishi oi ( chisun hotel shinagawa) which was nicer but situated far from the jr station, where as the weekly kameido was 5 mins walk from the station and just beside a "tesco"! the prices are not the same as tesco in ireland that i assure you but its so handy to be able to find food that you recognise. we are in tokyo 3 weeks and if you are going to buy rice theirs was the cheapest at 660yen for 2kg when all the other places we have been are 600 for 1kg. we moved around tokyo, we took 3 hotels in 3 weeks (kameido,shinagawa and shinjuku ) and kameido was situated in the best place and by far the cheapest.

Location was great, less than 10 mins to Akihabara by JR Line. Place was about 4 mins walk to Kameido station east exit. The north exit has a dept store and basement selling food. There is lawson convenience store just across the hotel and we bought breakfast items there. Room was clean and the heater really worked well (stayed during winter). Staff were helpful and check-in check-out were smooth and fast. Hotel has a coin-operated laundry. You have to throw your own trash, which was not a big deal for us. This is our second stay at MyStays. The first was one was at Gotanda. I would stay again with MyStays because the price, location and cleanliness meet our requirements.

Good base for touring. The staff at the hotel and the locals were very friendly. Everyone tried to help whenever we needed it. I ususally stay in Shinjuku but the prices were 3xs the price. This was only 1 transfer from NRT airport at Funbashi and then the JR line to Kameido. Will definetly stay here again. Good Job HOTEM MYSTAYS!

Cheap and fantastic”
We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is very quiet and clean. There is no cleaning or room service during your stay, so no one can get into your room. It had a very clean bathroom, a deep Japanese tub, and a "washlet" toilet. There is no closet, but there are rods, coat hangers, and under the bed storage. There is a TV, free wired internet, and wifi in the lobby. Across the street is Poko Cafe, which I would highly recommend to anyone staying here, for a delicious, cheap breakfast in a great people-watching spot. Overall, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again. Some people may dislike that it's not in central Tokyo, but it's about 3 blocks from the Chuo-Sobu line station, and we had no trouble getting around from here. Also, Kameido is a beautiful neighborhood in and of itself.

Standard Japanese hotel room, quite small compared to hotels in Australia. The beds definitely look bigger in the photo shown. My partner & I were expecting a queen sized bed, instead it was a double sized bed. Nevertheless, it was fine! Bathroom was tiny! (but this is expected for hotel bathrooms in Japan) Staff were really welcoming. The desk was open 24/7 so we were able to check in at 12 AM (as our flights were delayed). Also they were really responsive to questions we had beforehand etc. Amazing location- 5 min walk from Kameido train station which was SUPER convenient. An amazing area as well: Lawson was opposite the hotel. Very convenient for food in the morning /night.
