    Pleasant enough”

    Hotel Pasuruan is fairly standard middle-rank hotel..but with large rooms, well set out, and quite nice all-round for this level. Has a garden in the middle ..which is nice but cd be much nicer. Staff seemed unused to foreigners. I chose it as an older-style hotel and close to city centre and alun-alun. Many beaks outside in odd one-way streets system.Hot water ok, internet went on and off. A good choice for a stay in Pasuruan; nothing special but quite ok. I'd stay here again.

    Good choice for Pasuruan”

    There are not many options now in Pasuruan, though more hotels are being built. This is a good choice amongst the few, near the alum-alun and the historic areas of town, and in the main street. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is adequate (just) It's ok.

    i've stayed there for 3d2n and totally satisfied with all of the services. i stay in deluxe room. the room is clean, bathroom too. my lil children was too comfort to stay there. she just sleeping and stay in the room for all day. good services.

    This hotel is a good place to sleep if you are stuck in Parsuran. It is a very small town that does not see many tourists. It is good to see the authentic Indonesian style with good local food to be found. The hotel has very few comforts and is a best a stop over point.

    Worst stay experience in any hotel”

    nothing was good.

    This was a horrible place to stay. It looks like an Indonesian govt. hotel. My room was like a haunted room. It was dirty smelly with a small white lamp like a small candle. Fan was making loud noise and the person who came to fix it told me that it cannot be fixed and I have to manage with the fan. When I used strong words it was fixed. Towels were given upon asking after arrival. They were not professionals in anyway. I told them to charge extra money and upgrade me to superior room, but for some unknown reason they didn't. My family had a horrible time in this hotel, mosquitoes. I suggest anybody looking to stay in this hotel to put petrol in your car and sleep inside. Never go to this hotel.

    Als wir ankamen wollte ein mitarbeiter mir meinen reisepass zunächst nicht mehr geben. Die zimmer waren absolut dreckig und nie und nimmer dem Bild im Internet entsprechend. Nach der frage wie wir den mount bromo erreichen, konnten uns das absolut inkompetente personal nicht bewtworten und lächelten nur. Deshalb checkten wir auch sofort wieder aus!!!

    saya pesan dengan memberi catatan bahwa saya akan check in lebih awal karena saya membutuhkan kamar tsb untuk berdandan ke pernikahan teman. Sampainya disana malah diberatahu kalau pesanan saya tdk tercatat. Bagaimana bisa?? Akhirnya saya tdk bisa check in lebih awal dan saya disuruh menunggu sampai jam 2. Sampai jam 2 pun kamar belum siap, sampai akhirnya suami saya harus pergi ke resepsionis lagi menanyakan ketersediaan kamar. Akhirnya suami saya diantarkan dengn muka masam oleh resepsionisnya. Kamar mandi licin Resepsionis tidak ramah sama sekali, terutama bapak” yg berkacamata Kamar banyak nyamuknya Tidak ada air hangat Pesan kasur single malah diberi twin Mengecewakan
