Nice hotel to stay, near to IJN. Room also spacious and clean. Room with window facing road view is good just need to be careful for children. Car park limited and bit difficult to find empty car park. Overall, one night or two night stay recommended.

Travel for checkup at IJN”
Parking was combine with hospital pusrawi, no parking charges as long we got chop from hotel lobby for the ticket.. very big room, clean & very comfortable to sleep... Just opposite the IJN, can walk thru the bridge or drive.. worth with the price..

Traveller with older parents for IJN/National Heart Institute appointment”
Room is big, standard size will have 1 king/queen bed and 1 single bed, which is perfect for me accompanying my parents for my dad's check up at IJN right in front of it. However, this hotel has various issues everytime we stay here - aircond suddenly not working - a technician came to our room at 2am, he helped to 'reset' something and luckily we did not have to switch rooms, but it was a nuisance nonetheless with the interrupted sleep and heart check up the next day. No hot water - for me it's OK since water in KL is not as chilly as back home anyway. But if a patient staying at the hotel this might be a point to consider. Wifi issues - it seems to never have worked. We like that the staffs are accommodating to our requests, not losing their patience despite the lack of maintenance of the building. The a la carte dishes at the cafe are delicious and this is a surprise. I think the chef(s) saved the hotel somewhat.Location is good. I wonder why there's no investment in maintaining it
