Hotel was not able to honor my booking and accommodated me at a sister hotel”

I wanted to give a good feedback even if I didn't stay at the hotel. On my arrival, the front desk staff informed me that they has some issues with the rooms and they will put me up at their sister hotel The Trevi Collections. Obviously, after a long flight, I was unhappy to hear this but the staff assured me that the hotel is a bigger hotel and I will be getting a better room; and if I am unhappy at the alternative, I can inform them and they will arrange for another room at a different hotel. A complimentary transfer to Trevi Collection and the check-in was seamless. They also gave me free daily breakfast. In all, I was very impressed by both Hotel Rinascimento and The Trevi Collection Hotels. The room was indeed very comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for the arrangements.

Found the location of the hotel in a great place within walking distance of many of City's landmarks”

Great position just off the many road to walk to many of the city’s great landmarks. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in any problems we had. The room was well serviced daily and the self service morning breakfast had a wide range of choices.

Perfect hotel in central Rome. Enjoyed our stay very much! Would recommend to anyone.

Great Hotel”

The location was perfect. Everything is close by and we walked everywhere. Restaurant, shopping and attractions. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are small but sufficient. One thing I didn't like was the hair dryer. It would turn off after a few minutes, kinda frustrating.

A true delight ”

What a awesome hotel close to everything. From the time we arrived to the time we left the service was excellent . Rooms were clean large and perfect for us as we were three travelling together Christian and Regina provided above and beyond service

Fantastic ”

Ayman the receptionist was very helpful we asked for extra bed then he transferred us to sisterhood hotel with 3 bed without any extra money, location was perfect, staff nice and helpful, overall experience is fantastic definitely will comeback and I highly recommend it

Very narrow corridors but good rooms, friendly staff. Most of all, location, location, location. :,)

not honest hotel operator”

We booked two rooms in Hotel Rinascimento for 3 nights in July 2018. However when we arrived, we have been told that they have put us in a 3 star hotel under the same group. Our new hotel was located next to the Trevi fountain. Super busy location. Small lousy hotel. Terrible breakfast. Very disappointing experience on the hotel side in every aspect.

Misleading representation of room”

I upgraded to Executive Access which basically meant nothing. It was a standard room. Also, Agoda is lying about the room having a coffee maker in the room. It had nothing. Agoda also lists the check-in as 2:00 AM which was also wrong. Not AM and not 2:00. Lastly we had to call the hotel because they weren't answering the door bell.

Very nice staff Very nice room ( added extra money for bigger room) Regular rooms are small. Breakfast is very reach.

Nice hotel but uncomfortable”

The rooms are terribly small. tehre were 2 of us, tall women. If we had standard suitcases instead of hand luggage we would not have fit into the room.

Tiny room”

the room is tiny, barely can contain all the luggages, but the plus side is there is a big terrace, with some gardening around, the staff is helpful but not extremely kind, the location is good, their breakfast is surprisingly abundant.

stay away”

the hotel has a lot of first floor rooms not connected to the hotel they will book you in without telling you ahead of time. they are super noisy and the hotel staff say it is all you and no one else is having any problems. I have never complained about hotel noise before so I doubt this is true.

Room was ok, but right outside the room was the sidewalk. I was a bit cold at night and we could hear everyone walk past the room outside.

Déception”

Il y a 6ans, nous avions été 5 clients très satisfaits, aussi nous étions heureux de revenir plusieurs nuits à l'hôtel Rinascimento. Nous avons été très déçus, cette fois-ci, car nous avons été placés dans une annexe bruyante, sans possibilité d'avoir une chambre vraiment plus calme.

Camera "non disponibile"”

Buongiorno, sono arrivato venerdì intorno alle 22:00 all'hotel Rinascimento e mi è stato comunicato che la mia camera non era disponibile in quanto avevo comunicato al telefono che FORSE avrei rinunciato. A causa di problemi personali, una settimana prima del viaggio ho infatti telefonato per verificare la possibilità di ricevere un rimborso o rimandare. Non essendo possibile tale opzione ho detto che sarei venuto comunque. Tuttavia la camera non era disponibile. Sono stato trasferito in un Hotel in Via Crispi di qualità nettamente inferiore (Hotel Trevi Collection) a oltre 10 minuti di Taxi e sono stato sistemato in una camera (sicuramente non da Hotel 4 stelle) di fianco alla reception (in cui c'è un via vai continuo di giorno e di notte). Non contenti fuori dalla mia porta venivano continuamente despositati i bagagli degli ospiti. Trovo assolutamente non all'altezza il servizio offerto e, vista anche la spesa, è stato imbarazzante non ricevere alcuna scusa e alcun rimborso. Grazie

Staff cordiale e preparato , camere pulite e spaziose, forse un po' troppo caldo nella camera, ma veramente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la colazione per questioni di tempo legate al lavoro non l'ho provata ma onestamente sembrava un buffet ricco e vario.
