Comfortable and practical”

The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable, although a little small by Western standards. The buffet breakfast is generous and offers Japanese options and Western ones. The top floor public bath area includes laundry facilities and a relaxation room with views over Kanazawa. The hotel is well located and a walking distance from Kanazawa station. From there it is easy to hop on a bus and visit all the sights.

Nice hotel close to the station, small rooms”

This hotel is about five minutes walk from Kanazawa station. The rooms are small, but are clean and have good features. The staff were also very helpful and can keep your luggage, as there are not enough lockers in the station. The hotel has a nice spa, quite big for its size and with good views to the hills around the town.

Quiet surrounding although is a bit distance from the Kanazawa train station. Clean, comfortable room and hot spring are the most important after a long day outing.

NIce room with view”

The hotel is perfectly located next to the railway station. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The onson-like bath area on the top floor is extraordinary and there is a view over the city. The breakfast includes japan-style food and gives an extra experience.

near the railways station, acceptable price”

It is acceptable price for staying as a stop after a long walking day in the city. The free onsen on top floor giving nice view to the city at night is a plus. I don't have the car but the hotel has big car parking area. However I wonder about the cleanness of the room: We found the hair on the cover while checking in the room. Luggage keeping before check-in is a plus, if you arrive early you can leave your luggage then enjoy visiting the city before checking -in at 3pm

All biz, no frills”

Very cozy room - the chair turned into a table! Top floor Onsen was nice and clean. Sat and drank beer in the spacious, quiet "relaxation room" waiting for coin laundry to finish. Staff was helpful and location was convenient to the station and tourist sites.

The room is of very good size and within walking distance close from the train station.

it was average and I would not reccomen this hotel as the room is very small, very poor option during breakgfast and only of this hotel is super location

Près de la gare de train et bus, bonnes variétés de restaurants près de l’hôtel, personnels dévoués, quelques étages sont fumeurs..., déjeuner limité pour les mets occidentaux mais grande variété pour les mets Asiatiques.

全体的に満足度の高いホテル”

宿泊した日は海外の観光客でとても賑わっていたのですが、フロントで長時間待たされることもなく、混んでいたわりに対応もスムーズで滞在中は快適に過ごせました。お部屋によっては窓から線路がよく見えるので、電車好きなお子さんはとても喜ばれると思います。清潔感もあり、サービスもシンプルでよかったです。

駅前”

食べるお店は近くに沢山あり駅に近いし駐車場完備で言う事なし。しいていえばチェックアウトがもう少し遅いと良いかな？また朝ご飯のおかずが無くなると出ないみたいなので対処して欲しいですね。

やはり温泉付きは良い”

他でもルートインは利用させてもらっています。 利用の仕方など変わらないので、困ることもなく初めて行った時でもすぐになれます。 朝食もおいしく、とても良いです。

アクセス抜群”

金沢駅に至近で、駐車場もゆとりで、抜群でした。 ホテルはフロントも部屋も清潔で、ビジネスホテルとしてのグレードは高いですね。 次に行くときも使わせていただきます。

全体的には快適に過ごすことができた”

大浴場や食事がよく、スタッフの方の対応にも好感が持てた。 一方、繁忙期であったことで、禁煙部屋を希望していたところが喫煙部屋になったのが少し残念だった。

金沢デート”

ヨメと久しぶりの金沢デートで利用しました。清潔感あり気持ち良く宿泊出来ました。朝食も美味しくいただきました。

最近金沢のホテルの宿泊代が高く感じてましたが、ここは良心的な価格だと思います。 駅にも近く　１４階のお風呂からの景色もＧｏｏｄでした。

１３０１号室に泊まったが、窓下にはＪＲの線路があり、一晩中列車が走行しその騒音で眠れなかった。
