We had 2 1/2 days to get in some tours and enjoy the culture and food of Tokyo. The hotel was very well kept, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The concierge also made sure that we had seats on a shuttle bus to Narita airport for a very reasonable price. The wait staff in the restaurant were very good, especially “Yes” (nickname, but very fitting!) He made sure that everything was set up for us when we ate there.

Close to everything”
Villa Fontaine is a 15 minute walk or 2 subway stops to Ginza, 20 minute taxi ride to Disneyland and a 30 minute subway ride to Shinjuku. Location is quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Shibuya. Every place is close enough since Shiodome station is a 2 minute walk. Staff are very helpful. TV channels are predominantly Japanese but you can pay 1,000 yen for Video on Demand. Buffet breakfast is the same everyday so it gets bland if you stay for more days. Overall, this is a nice hotel and we will definitely stay again when we come back.

You can't go wrong....quiet suburb that is a stone's throw away (1-2 stops) from Ginza, Tsujiki and Tokyo station. Subway station under the hotel connects you to all the tourist attractions. Limousine bus from Narita airport stops at the Conrad next door so it is no fuss.

The hotel is within walking distance to 2 train stations -- Shiodome and Shimbashi. The route to these stations is covered and lined with shops and food outlets. You can walk to Conrad Hotel next door to catch the airport limousine to the airport. The front desk staff speak and understand English. The concierge Ms Chang who speaks fluent English and Mandarin, besides Japanese, was particularly helpful. She helped us book a Nikko day tour and advised us on how to and what trains to take when we ventured out on our own for sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast was very good with a wide spread of delicious food. The only inconvenience was there is no porter service and the walk to your room can be quite long, depending on your room number. However, the hotel provides guests with trolley to help them transport their luggage to their rooms. The room is clean and spacious. Vending machines for drinks, snacks and ice make it easy for guests who may need any of these items. Strongly recommend

Nice room, nespresso coffee (coffee maker wasn’t working properly), beautiful property. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great service from concierge and front desk staff wonderful. Very convenient to trains.

I stayed in quite a few Japanese hotels and I particularly like this hotel as it is clean, classy and in a good location (near train station). I also rented a car to drive so the location was good for driving around. They also offered covered parking lots at a fee which was nice. The room size was good.

Very easy to subway station. By walk to air port line (15 minutes less) to the other station line is only take 2~10 minutes. It's really good location for stay.

Perfect location”
This hotel offered a perfect location to get to local and JR lines via underground passages so you never had to step out into the weather. The hotel was quite impressive with a beautiful lobby. The room was a decent size for Japan and came with nice touches and amenities. The price was good, we did not partake of the breakfast or meals because we were out most of the time. Would definitely stay again

Pros: great customer service, very clean, very good location (situated right next to Shiodome station). Cons: twin room was very small, definitely not suitable for long stays. But if you’re travelling by yourself and staying in Tokyo for about a week Hotel Villa is a great hotel!

Good location very easy to travel by metro oedo line shiodame station ”
Hotel locate next to conrad hotel which is limousine bus stop from narita airport. Very easy to travel by metro and close to yurikamome to odaiba. Or you can walk to shimbashi station to jr line by underpass. There are restaurant cafe and family mart around hotel. My family has young child with stroller still very convenient and can walk any station through elevator and still not wet during rainy.

Nice hotel at a great location.”
The hotel was beautiful and very clean, the staff was very helpful and the location was great. The only negative was the lack of adequate fitness facility, they only had a couple of cardio machines, no weightlifting or other oprions.
