About the location and the stay was overall good. About the cleanliness of the hostel, it was up to you if you maintain the cleanliness of your room and also the shared bathroom. The staff was communicable so buy a sim card for you to call the staff when you arrive.

I was transferred to Hoft Hostel”
I showed up at i-Sleep with a notice to call phone numbers. They should have informed me through the chat earlier. I was panic as my phone is with data, not with phone credit. The new place has male bathroom on the top floor. Quite inconvenient to go to toilet. Wifi was good. The Thai receptionist was helpful and friendly. The location is a bit far from Patpong.

Cant connect to hotel staff and get inside, had to wait outside an hour until some customer come out. I havent received any door code in advance from hotel. Facility kinda old and need some refurbish, need improve cleanliness. Air-con very cold, no remote in the room and never find the staff to assist with this

We were there at 14 pm for check in, but nobody was at the reception and it was closed. We had to call the woman, after that she cames to the hostel until 10 minutes (Not nice if you dont have a thai sim card). Small room, but ok and clean. You can hear everything. Only three showers at the hostel. In 1th, 3th and 4th floor. For only one or two nights ok, its a good location. We have to call the woman again for check out. No Equipment at the room. Only a small desk and chair, but thats ok. In other hostels you can find a kitchen or more Equipment

I hv stayed several times as the basic hostel is good and really well located for me, hoping the bad things were just a one off. Sadly not. There are never any reception staff so checkin is appauling. Bathroom cleaning rarely done and no toilet paper for days is common and shower mouldy n grubby. Rooftop deck n kitchen a plus. So basically a good hostel badly run. Find somewhere else. A shame.

I stayed 2 x 2 days in one week. Arrived about midnight after emailing that I would be this time. Is it ok? No reply. Sign on door with hours open (nothing on booking) and a number that doesn’t answer. Very poor service. Front desk never has staff. Arrive during daytime hours or get door code from manager. Room ok n access to kitchen is a help. Good AC n wifi. No kettle (even in kitchen) n no TV. Virtually no cleaning to shared bathroom over all days n no toilet paper for 2 days, even after telling 2 staff. Fortunately there are a few bathrooms. Nice location for food n shops not far to Silom centre. Shame. Could be good.

i stayed here for almost 4 nights. And here is my review : Pros : - hair dryer in room - cheap laundry machine only THB 30 - good location 10 minutes walk to Chong Nonsi BTS Station - big common room area - there is kitchen Cons : - Staff was so lazy to pick up the trash from bin at the bathroom. So during my stay there not even they picked up the full trash bin. SO DISGUSTING - many noise long stay person there - long time to wash the clothes 1 hour washing, abd 1.5 hours drying even the clothes didnt dry enough. So better to go to laundry map - dirty lobby seems under renovation and messed up full of the dust - No stand by staff who take care the place and get ready ADVICE : IF YOU DONT READY TO RENT YOUR ROOM. DONT POST ADVERTISING AT ALL. We know you are hostel and tight to the budget but at least keep your customer happy and cleaning your own asset

They must close this.. I booked for 2 days here. When i arrived there are no staff,the establishment is closed. When the cleanin ladies rrived fter 2 hours,they wanted me to stay but the hostel where so dirty.i demanded to be transfered. I was transfered to Hoft and given a room that looks like a prison cell. I am sorry but Agoda must be forewarned about the situation of i sleep silom. Never bother to book here.

Worst stay in Bangkok ever”
This was my third hostel in Bangkok and it was by far the dirtiest. We stayed 4 nights and neither our room nor the shared bathrooms were ever cleaned. I had booked a double room and got only a bunk bed. After asking twice if there was no double room available and if we could some our money back, as the bunk bed was cheaper, we got our double bed. But that room has three holes in the wall and in the first night a huge cockroach got into the room and reappeared every night waking me up by making a lot of notice walking on the wallpaper. Cannot recommend this place at all.

Not good experience on this place.I waited for long outside,no receptionist available. I made doorbell but nobody answered.The room I book is not the same as it is.By yourself you need to check in without someone guiding you and you won't know which room are you then later on they will just day they upgrade your room. Standard single room to Room with two double bed they call it standard. and the place is not the way I expect.Its far from everything.
