Good location”
The hotel is located within walking distance if the old Medina and the port. The staff were extremely helpful and advise what best were to visit in Casablanca. The room was clean and fit for purpose. Breakfast was good.

2km away from Hassan II Mosque, right next to the train station. Very good location. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. The only downside is that there's smell of the cigarette.

compared to other ibis hotel, this one is a newly built hotel, design is modern and comfy. location is just opposite to the casablanca train station. very convenient.

The hotel is located in the city centre within easy walking distance of Casa Port railway station (with direct trains to the airport). The hotel is pleasant, modern and very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bedroom was not spacious but adequate for a short stay and the bathroom was modern with a power shower.

Hotel is comfortably located right across the street from Casa Port train station and within walking distance of many of Casablanca's main tourist attractions. Rooms were clean, wifi was fast, and beds we're comfortable. The only issue I had was that we could hear neighboring noises really well. Loud people in nearby rooms or in the hallway will be heard, so be mindful if you're a sensitive sleeper. For us, it was comfortable and even the noises went away after 11pm.

Pros: - Basic hotel amenities - clean bed, room, bathroom and restaurant. Perfect for travellers who are on a budget. - A stone throw away from a market place - A 20-25-minute walk to a tram that can bring you around the city for people watching. Also there us a tram line that can bring you to the beautiful Corniche. - Right beside the Gare De Casa Port. Perfect if you'll be travelling by train to various parts of Morocco. - At the Gare De Casa Port, there are several fast food options such as, Mc Donald's, Starbucks, and other local food stores. & banks. - Less than 15-minute taxi ride to the beautiful Hassan II Mosque - Right beside a 5-star hotel, Sofitel Hotel, where you can have a nice dinner for you last night in Casablanca Cons: - TV has no English channel. Not great for a non-Arabic or Non-French guest. - No safety deposit box. - No free bottled water, water heater pot and coffee - No fridge to store some of your convenience store bought food items

Not an Ibis Chain I am sorry 😐 ”
Front desk doesn't pick up calls. %90 of Staff is not polite. Even rude. Rooms are cold. There was no towel when I entered in my room. House cleaning doesn't serve well. They didn't put an information to the rooms or on the key cards how to call downstairs for any help. This hotel can't be an IBIS chain!!! Very bad I am sorry

My experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was exceptionally hot. Reported problem several times. Breakfast foods were cold, was not informed of other food options. Lastly I was charged for calling the front desk room issues and was charged taxes for stay twice. It was not in the system that I paid taxes when I arrived.

رائحة في الفندق كريهية الغرفة لا يوجد فيها اي شئ حتى الاكواب لا توجد ادوات النظافة معدومه فقد صابونه صغيره جدا The smell in the hotel is outrageous The room does not have anything even the cups are not there The bath tools only a very small soap

It is very bad experience. I've booked one room 5 days on April, the exact check in date is on June. And my credit card has been charged by Ibis Hotel on April. It is very strange cause we chose "payment at check in" by Agoda website. And my booking record still show "no pay" and we are afraid of that IBIS hotel charged to us again as I check in on June. So, we ask Agoda to ask IBIS hotel to give us receipt for record. However, we have not receive any feedback news from Agoda and Ibis, even we wrote the mail to Ibis hotel directly. Finally, I have unresistible factors and can't go for Morocco on June. We wrote the mail to Ibis hotel and ask Agoda for help. Sadly, we did not receive any further news, Agoda just said it is "NO CANCEL ORDER" I am very disappointed about the attitude of IBIS HOTEL AND AGODA.

Centrally Located”
The hotel is a good base towards the other lovely cities in Morocco. It's a business/budget hotel, so don't expect all amenities to be present. However, staff were friendly and tried their very best to meet our needs. Your view is the busy streets of Casablanca and the Casa Port Station. Their restaurant is acceptable with reasonably priced meals. Stayed here for 2 nights for our flight out of Morocco. Approx.45 mins to Mohammed V Airport.

Three minutes walk from Casa Port station. So if you are flying in from Casablanca Airport, take the train and alight at Casa Port (not Casa Voyageurs). The hotel itself is your usual Ibis hotel. Exactly the same.

Convenient location next to Casa Port”
The hotel is right next to Casa Port, which is convenient whether you're flying in to Casablanca (there's a direct train from the airport to Casa Port) or if you're arriving by train from other cities in Morocco (trains link Casa Port to Rabat, Fes and Marrakech, though you'll have to transfer at Casa Voyageurs for Fes and Marrakech). It's a 5-minute walk, and you don't even need directions because you can see the hotel from the train station.
