Friendly hotel next to reefs with great pool”
Upon check in I found two hairs on my bed and hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest - and asked for the bed to be remade which the hotel did. Hotel staff also said if made a tour of the diamond sales centre I would be given real pearl earrings - this was not the case and the diamond sales centre was very pushy and overpriced - I would not recommend. The location by the diving school was great and breakfasts were fresh and with lots of choices. Views from hotel superb, diving school great, and a good base for my stay in Eilat. Would go back and stay again.

Beautiful hotel, great location, helpful staff”
Free snorkel gear. Can see more fish than most people ever see a foot off the beach in two feet of water across street from hotel. 20 minute walk to beautiful coral and fish at caves. Be aware beaches rocky, no sand. Water shoes a must. Great breakfast (minus lox). Nice staff and property. Big beautiful pools. Close to a few restaurants and short cab ride to very touristy city center. And better restaurants.

All hotels in Israel are overpriced, so this one was comparatively good value for money... The food is very good, although fish dishes at the dinner could certainly be improved. There are some noisy fans/generators in the yard, but most of the people won't hear them... otherwise, quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful except one person, David. Mostly clean but bed linen had some marks... and the sofa wasn't clean but we did not use it, so did not care. And to be honest I do not know much about the facilities. Double bed turned out to be twin, connected in a "seamless" way but you can still easily feel it. The room is big enough, the balcony was nice and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel is located very close to diving location for professionals and for just snorkeling. Hotel clean and rooms with view to pool are nice.

Great Hotel and excellent staff”
Hotel was lovely, beautiful views of the area and pools from the balcony. Everything was clean, staff was very friendly and the Food, Cappuccino and Buffet Breakfast was fresh and excellent.

Stayed four nights Bed & Breakfast, and got an amazing upgrade to a pool suite, which made our stay even better. Breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of cold / hot, savoury / sweet to choose from. The dive center team is helpful and friendly. Only downside, no room service and limited options for dinner outside of the main buffet restaurant (lobby menu with pasta and sandwiches mainly).

Warning do not purchase your reservations from Agoda.com they are thieves. When I was booking I clearly put for two adults this site is notorious for tweaking what you booked to something similar but not quite. This is how they beat others prices. For example the hotel offers breakfast and dinner they only give you breakfast. The cost difference does not justify as it cost way more for a poorer meal. I put two adults they put 1 even throw the room is a two person room. They put me on hold two times first time was for 30 min. second time was for 25 min. Rather then us walk in to a resort and be relaxed we now had to sit there on the phone a have Agoda play games with us. I also blame Yam Suf Hotel as they should not be working with companies that perfume this way. It is not clear where the rooms are located in any form of map or scale. Website of both Agoda and yam suf Hotel both show that the hotel is located on the water witch is not true. You have to exit the hotel cross the street and enter into a privet beach where you have to pay for seats beaches …… so you go to a resort for its beach and now you have to pay another company every time you want to go to the beach and relax. Makes no sense this should have been clear. Both Agoda and Yam Suf should clarify this. Not even a crosswalk to cross the street.

Close to Scuba Diving”
Great location if you want to spend most of your time scuba diving. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean, beautiful views and beautiful pools! A bus ride away from the main city area, so I would only recommend for people who want to scuba dive or you don't mind the 15 minute bus.

A hotel for Israeli families, not international or adult travelers”
I can see why this hotel is great for national vacationers with their families—It’s very child oriented, and an okay place. But if you don’t have kids or are expecting international standards, think again. There were lots and lots of kids, the pool was unusable for adults without children. It was the least clean (dirtiest) hotel of the 4 that I visited in Israel, lots of hair on the floor and the bed. Additionally, the customer service is poor. The hotel is full, so don’t expect any kind of pleasantries or expressions of interest in your patronage—maybe staff is tired of dealing with all the kids, I don’t know. Also be aware that there is no a la carte dining, it’s a buffet for breakfast and dinner. No other option. The French fries at hamburger stand were excellent, tho.

false advertisement - room is not what advertised”
They advertised images of room with balcony on high floor with sea view, but just gave us options to choose between room without balcony with view to garbage canes, or ground floor with garden balcony but no view. The room itself wasn’t the same as advertised either. Pool -all pool benches are taken all of the time by bags. If you want a bench you need to be there on 8:00 am and save one for the day. Said to me by the hotel staff... Bed - they set 2 connected mattresses instead of single big one. Also felt a bit short. Bathroom - not well designed, you will flood it when taking a shower. I can go on, but bottom line is that its outdated families hotel with mid level qualities for high price.

The front desk staff didn’t show any respect when we checked in. He didn’t have any smile on his face and said that we booked a room with discount. He even tended to throw my passport back to me... terrible staff!

Hotel has a potential but under maintained”
No a/c in the desert? Really? Had to call three times before the problem was fixed but then the lights didn't work (as a result of the a/c being fixed?) So by then time we checked out the room was finally in working order. Also we got one of the old and nasty rooms, perhaps its nicer in the newer ones. Pool seemed nice though with the poolside bed covers not being replaced daily the sitting area was rather disgusting (wet/dirty from other people bathing suits etc).
