Located in Kuala Besut, Terengganu region, Iz Village is situated 1.3 km from Air Tawar Beach. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, all units at the hotel have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms will provide you with a balcony. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. The staff was very helpful. We bought our Perhentian boat ticket from them. They allowed us to park our car at their hotel for free plus they send us to the jetty which is approximately 5 mins away.

the bathroom was super duper okay for my room. but the bedroom was quite dusty & the floor was kinda greasy. uhh yeah, it would be great if you can provide an iron in the room for long distance traveler like us. overall this place was great, the view was nice and not to mentioned that this place is 4 mins away from the jetty

Is not so close to the center, to have to go by car. They give you bicicleta to go for food near the village. You have free hot and cold water. The room is good enough, could be cleaner. The staff is very friendly

Had a good night stay with my family. The facilities is in accordance with what you pay. We even found 2 spiders inside the room. Overall just an ok stay. Location is 10 minutes drive to Besut Jetty. Manh restaurant nearby.

Cheap but not great”
The place is located at a very strategic area if you’re going to Perhentian Island but the rooms are not great. The furnitures are terrible and there isn’t any water heater if you want a hot shower. If you just want to sleep and leave it’s great but if you want comfort I would go for it

The location is near to the Jetty Kuala Besut for Perhentian Island (if using car/other transport) easy parking. The room is spacious but basic room, we just stay for one night before continuing our journey to Perhentian Island. Overall ok for the price.

New property”
The location is a short distance away (around 2.2km, 30mins walk) from the jetty Kuala Besut. Property is new, no tv is okay for me bcoz we just want to spend a night there and get a transit to Pulau Perhentian the next morning. Food can be found around the area and the hotel lend us the bike for free.

Budget room with aircond and cleanliness”
The hotel located about 5 mins drive from the main jetty. We took grab for RM5. Overall satisfied with the room which was clean and suit our purpose. We just want a clean room with aircond, bed and attached bathroom to relax and refresh before heading back to KL. The only turn off point is the thin wall hence poor sound proof. We can hear next door guests talking in front of the room - we were unlucky to have few chatty guests gathered. Other than that, everything's fine. Would consider again in the future, thanks.

Transit to Redang Island at Kuala Besut”
We had a one night transit stay here on the way to Redang Island the next day . It is a basic overnight room , good for a rest before the next outgoing trip .

Good for those planning to hop to Perhentian the next day making this place a mere place to put up a night without much expectation. Arrange with them to send you to the jetty,and if you drive, you can ensure a safe place to park here in their compound. They will also offer pickup ride back from the jetty once you get back from the island. Swift and easy communication with them too.
