Exceptional”
the location is very convenience to airport, just one station away. you can't miss the hotel when you alight at the nearby train station. The huge kid-friendly Aeon mall with all kinds of necessity and shops is just 3-5min away from the hotel. The only disadvantages are the small double bed for couple and no convenient store nearby. But everything else is good.

Convenient ”
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, a major shopping mall, train station and the seaside. So for that reason I recommend it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaints are with the mattress and pillows. The mattress was way to firm and the pillows way too soft. Other than that, I’d recommend this hotel.

J Hotel Rinku Review”
Pros: Good location (next to the train station and within walking distance to Aeon Mall), clean and spacious room, good amenities and comfortable bed. Close proximity to Chubu Airport. Cons: the staff at the reception wasn't attentive when we requested for a cab. She pointed us to a train timetable despite the fact that I told her I need to book a taxi. In the end, I had to made my request the second time to another lady, who informed us that the taxi would arrived in 5 minutes. No mineral water is provided by the hotel. Guests either have to boil their water or make their way to the drink machines to purchase if they need one in the middle of night. Overall, it's still quite a comfortable stay despite these slight flaws.

We expected functional, but we got more.”
We booked a night's stay here because we couldn't get accommodations at any of the 3 Airport Hotels in Nagoya Centrair. Fortunately, it did not disappoint. We arrived late in the afternoon and immediately found the hotel, right by the Rinku-Tokoname station. We were checked in within minutes, but were pleasantly surprised to find a large mall right beside the property. The mall was large and had a big variety of shops and a large supermarket. The room was larger than your typical Japanese hotel room, fitting my wife and 2 year-old perfectly. We ate at the restaurant, with the food acceptable for the moderate price. Strangely, they served USDA steak rather than a local variety. A good place to crash if you want to be close to the airport.

Excellent Service and overall satisfaction”
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean, spacious and had a separate toilet room and separate bathing room which left the sink area open at all times. The view was spectacular overlooking the nearby pier and full water views. They had complimentary bicycles which allowed us to have access to the waterfront path for quite a distance. Breakfast which was included is the additional bonus. Right next to the train station made for super convenience. Tasty choices both Japanese and Western made the beginning of our day that much more special for choosing this hotel. Really can't say enough to rave about our experience with J. Hotel Rinku. Thank you for providing this as an exceptional choice and value for a 5 star accommodation!

Great choice for morning flight”
The hotel is next to Rinku Tokoname station which is one stop distance to the airport. 3 min walking distance to Aeon mall, we can shop a lot before the departure flight next morning. The hotel is tidy and the staffs are nice. One minor bad thing is that the convenience shop at the hotel closes at midnight.

J Rinku hotel is a excellent hotel the staff are all friendly and the place is just one stop fom the airport. A huge shopping center is just accross the hotel and a 2 minute walk from the train station. We eill stay here again.

Location is everything ”
The hotel location is very closed to Rinku Tokoname station so it is very easy to reach after you arrived Chubu Centrair airport. It is also near big Aeon Tokoname mall, you could walk only 5 minutes. The room is clean and spacious.

The hotel is very clean and spacious room. There is a mall near the hotel and the place is very convenient if you will fly back to your home country. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Good hotel located by NGO Airport”
No complaints really. Room was a non smoking room but smelt of smoke. But otherwise it was nice and clean. It had the nice Japanese toilet and a humidifier in the room. The shower was nice and clean as well. The most important thing is it was conveniently located to the NGO airport and just one stop away on the Meitetsu line. Also it was right by a nice large mall (Avion I think) so plenty of shops and places to eat. The hotel was a little pricey but at least it allowed for 2 people unlike the CentrAir Hotel (the one located right in the NGO airport). I would stay here again.

Lovely View”
The hotel is situated at the last train station before the airport. Just a minute to 2 minute walk to the hotel from the train station. Very convenient. There is a big shopping centre nearby. It has restaurants, a supermarket and a food centre.

Close to airport (4 min by train and shopping mall (5min by walk to AEON). Unfortunately we can not have the BKF since we have to catch a early train even we booked the room with BKF, and we can not take out the BFK. Hopefully the hotel will provide the BKF pack service for the customers like us.

Superb loation near train station & Aeon Style”
The hotel is very near train station and big Aeon. You can take not more than 10 mins. to Chubu Centrair Airport. The room are clean and spacious.
