      The best in bintulu. Highly recommended ”

      Have tried so many hotels in bintulu. And i think this is the best I've ever had here. The bed is super comfortable. Even the extra bed i was sleeping on was great too at an extra cost of rm50 only! The room is super clean. The bathroom is spacious. The floor tiles are not slippery and not sticky. The hot shower was hot enough. The air-condition is good and new too. The location of this hotel is excellent. Oh yeah, if there's one thing to comment on, it would be the corridor of the rooms. (Level 1). Very smelly with cigarette smell. But it was a non smoking floor. But luckily the room wasn't smelly at all cos my friends and i are very very sensitive towards cigarette smoke. Conclusion is , im going to book this hotel only from now onwards whenever i travel to Bintulu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

      One of the best hotels to stay in bintulu. Clean, spacious, staff are accomodating. If you arrive before check in time, you will feel comfortable waiting at the lobby as they provide sofa and toilet.

      Worth money”

      The staff is friendly, the room is clean and have enough facilities, toiletries and so on. The hotel is near to restaurants, and supermarket. Made the reservation for standard king but due to the late checkin our room is upgraded to premium. However they don't charge for the extra money. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay.

      Had a pleasant stay at JC Mark Hotel. The room is very clean although I felt the floor was slightly dusty so I wore the room slippers provided. The soundproofing was slightly poor as I could hear the person staying next door. I expected the area to be noisy but surprisingly it was not the case so I had good rest at nights. I would still definitely recommend this hotel to people to stay.

      Most unique hotel I've Experienced”

      This hotel is amazing from the beginning to the end. The design is impressive ,it provides a wow factor on arrival. This is a futuristic building incorporating local elements. Check in was easy & super friendly. We definitely enjoyed the hotel and will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.
