Nice place to stay for a night or two”
The place looks nice, neat & tidy from the lobby until the room. As for the room, look clean and neat, though air-conditioner need a bit of time to cool down the room. Receptionist was very polite during check-in & check-out process. There's also complimentary airport transfer, as the place is close to the Miri Airport. To those who wanted to have a night stay at Miri & continue travelling to the next destination, I highly recommended this place, as it's only walking distance from the airport. Will choose this place for my next stay at Miri.

Best Hotel in Miri Five Star Experience ”
Stayed here because we have an early flight in the morning and had a really nice experience to have stayed here. Staff all friendly and helpful. All our requests are met and we appreciate all their service. The hotel is next to the airport and also not that far away to the city centre. Definitely worth it and will come back in the future.

Best Customer Service & Great Room! ”
We love how our mini complaints were addressed asap like how the TV channel’s didn’t work, and about 10mins later came the technical staff to fix it. Also, at night around 1030pm we complained about how we wanted a king bed instead of twin beds, they immediately sent us the bell boy to fetch our stuff for the move. Honestly usually we are not picky customers, but because we were with our one year old daughter, and its our first time travelling together, their accommodation really helps our stay feel so much comfortable! We even received a free cot for our daughter!

I love the facilities all around me especially the gym, swimming pool (big + small), & sauna. I also love the washing machine & drier, where they r located inside the apartment, not outside of the apartment. The size of the apartment is great, where it is big enough for 6adults + 3kids. The design of the apartment is also great, where the living room & each rooms has its own balcony & has its own bathroom (3 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 1 kitchen + 1 living room). The most important reason is, my family have great day during our stay at the apartment. In the nutshell, i really love my staycation at jinhold apartment. Its really worth the money. Recommended apartment at Miri.!! ❤️❤️

Overnight stay to catch flight”
Selected this hotel for its proximity to the airport as I was catching a 6am flight and needed to be at airport by 4am. Had the twin bed room option. The room is very spacious. Bathroom is also spacious but would have preferred more counter space. It took a while for the room to cool down when we first got in. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bed is firm enough but pillows are on the soft side. Twin bed is not large enough to sleep two person comfortably as compared to older twin sized beds in Asia. Breakfast is included and starts at 6.30am. There is 24 hr airport shuttle service and they dont need to be booked but I would still check every time in case this changes.

It is very near to the airport, shuttle provided sent us to the airport just less than a minute. Friendly and very helpful staff. Space of the room is quite large and very comfy bed.

Perfect for family trip”
I choose superior family room which is meant for 3 person but it can fit 4 person because the room is so spacious....the room is neat and very clean and the view outside the window is just so breathtaking (opposite Miri Airport). I am a bit disappointed with the desk staff during check in. She didn't smile and did not answer my question during check in. Thankfully during checkout the staff (different person) was friendly and professional. The breakfast was great especially the porridge and laksa sarawak. My teenage girls love the pastries. I will definitely going to stay here again for my next visit with family.
