What you will get, wake up in the morning and mount fuji in front of your eyes. Free coffee 24 hours and freshly brewed coffee in the morning. The staffs were really helpful and friendly as well. You can rent bicycle as well. What i can say is, this place is clean and you feel like home.

Nice Fuji view and staff! ”

Staff are very nice and helpful. They helped me call the bus company for my late booking. Kitchen and living room is very nice and warm, you can have breakfast with Fuji view in living room or rooftop. Need to walk 20mins from the station, a little bit far but fine. Will recommend to stay here!

Not far from Kawaguchi-ko Station, rental bikes for 1000 yen per day, an absolutely stunning view of Mount Fuji, friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful common spaces such as the kitchen and living area. Highly recommend!

Nice Hotel Worth Walk”

I chose this hotel because I thought it was nearer to station rather than the other one. In fact, it was much further X-D However, I did not regret it, because the place is lovely. They also have double bed in dormitory room for couples like us. The cleanliness is no doubt. I love this place!

Spacious room. 1.4km walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station, but in a cold weather, with a good view, it doesnt mind. i love the room & the staff is really friendly & helpful.

Clean, helpful staff”

Good place to crash while visiting the area. The "terrace" is just a small balcony that you can access by climbing up a ladder and out of a small window. It cannot fit more than a handful of people. They have bikes on rental and note that you pay 500 yen to keep the bike overnight. I misunderstood this part so make sure you ask questions if you're not sure. Towels are available for 100 yen, toothbrushes for 50 yen. Bedsheet, pillow+case, blanket is provided for bed. Very clean for a hostel.

Rooms are clean and toilets are clean too! Common area is spacious as well. Though the place is SOMEWHAT walkable from the trains station, just condition yourself for a walk with your luggages, but it’s DOABLE.

Great location, friendly staff and value for money!”

This place is easily accessible by driving, I am not sure about public transport. Highly recommended because the room that i reserved comes with Mount Fuji view! Is Japanese style room with tatami. Total of 4 adults and 1 baby travelling in my group, the front desk staff can speak English well and very helpful and friendly. The hostel is clean and value for money. Will come back and stay again if got the chance in the future!

Almost perfect”

It’s one of the best guesthouse I did in Japan. Common space are tall, everything is kept very clean. Staff is so nice and helpful. Coffee is free. Only cons is that it’s a bit far away from kawaguchiko station by walk but I would defintly chose again this guesthouse next time

Our first experience with K's House was fantastic. It was better than we expected. The location is good and the hotel is very clean and organized. We have no problem at to use public toilet and shower room. This hotel is very comfortable and I will recommend friends to use this hotel.
