Value for Money Weekend Getaway from the Hustle and Bustle of City Life ”
Totally worth the visit at least once in a lifetime. 24-hour buggy service provided by the hotel and all the staffs were very friendly and attentive to our questions. A lot of activities to do at the resort too. It was raining on our stay and we couldn't do much outdoor activities but the staffs were kind enough to let us know that we can rent a fishing rod and do some fishing from our chalet balcony. Nice experience. I will come back!

A great place to spend a night. However u have to walk to the restaurant (quite a distance away) to have ur dinner or u can order food via room service but its a bit pricey with limited choice of food. Otherwise, clean and cosy room.

The place is really nice and comfortable. The customer service even better. We came back late around 10pm and no shuttle available, but the staff saw us walking and asked us to wait. They called shuttle to come and pick us.

This place is perfect for relaxing. We booked 4 studio suite and we enjoyed the stay very much. All my family members are satisfied and having their good time here. Thumb up for their hospitality. Very recommended. The only minus point is the breakfast, but other things are okay and beyond expectation.

We love the view of the lake. Especially when sunset and sunrise.. It make us relax and away from busy of city.. The breakfast quite ok with variety of selection. We had request them to send the breakfast to our room since the cafe is quite far from our room.

The chalets have a romantic air of times past with marble bathroom and shuttered windows. The balcony view of the lake is stunning and the staff are so helpful. I could not believe the value for money.

This is the place where u can sit at balcony of ur hotel room, chit chatting with ur loved ones or have a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing view. I tell u the sunrise view is fantastic! The hotel is located within laketown themepark resort, so u have so many activities to do e.g. from fish/duck feeding to cycling, go to water themepark, or take a boat ride to orang utan island to name a few. The room is malay village style, well equipped, but the water for shower off for 1-2 seconds, before come back again. Other than that, no complaint. Breakfast is good, u can choose whether to have buffet at restaurant, or in ur room. Very convinient. Absolutely value for money. Ill come back for sure!

Little bit confuse for registration area for kampung air chalet. The balcony area should be always clean as some bird poo can be seen at some area. In Future maybe can add some late nite activities at surrounding area. The food was just ok only Have to add fly traps at all fnb area. Overall I like with all the friendly staf who attend us.

Very relaxing & peaceful stay. All facilities in the room very well maintained & functioned. Food was superb with the addition of friendliness of F&B staff hand in hand with shuttle staffs during the period that we stayed. Anglers spot also recommended at the kampung air. The lake shore can be further improved with periodical cleaning. Terdapat sampah dipersisiran tasik dari kampung air ke cafè.

Good place, beautiful and scenic and quiet. Only downside I see is that No vegetarian option in restaurant there. Should include at least 1 atleast during dinner and breakfast time as this place is very far away from other shops/restaurants.
