Best dorm I have ever been ”
Im Vietnamese girl who travel alone. I have lived some dorms but this is the most beautiful and best dorm I have ever been along Vietnam. I book early bird so the price just 3$. The room is so nice. I love the bed so much. It is very colorful and warm. The wc is clean and big. The staff is very nice and friendly. They also deliver breakfast free with tea and coffee. I talked with the owner and know that this is a new dorm. Because last day i have rided 330km moutain road so Im so tired. The dorm is so nice that I decide stay in Ha Giang city 1 day to relax. I highly recommend kikis for your trip when you stay in Ha Giang city. More than what I expect for a dorm with that price. In 2 day, i stay alone in this 4 beds room so feeling like Im rent all room. Lol. 5/5 for all things. Very close. Center location. Clean. Nice. Comfortable. Like a home. I do like and recommend. Thank you Agoda for good recommendation.

Great start of your adventure ”
The room is fine but - the rooms are actually open - so you can hear everything from the other rooms, so something it can be really disturbing even when you are getting up early and need a proper sleep. But the breakfast is good (2 fried eggs, banh mi and a tea or instant coffee). They also have an amazing egg coffee and if you want you can rent a scooter here (but check it's condition - i rented very old scooter which has problem with ignition - it was very hard to start it from the beginning and in the middle of the loop my battery died so i ended up so i had to repair it and a buy a brand new battery into that scooter and pay for it (they only gave me a half of it). But everything else is fine, we had a chance to experience the family dinner together and it was amazing, the food was perfect, atmosphere great and the price very good too ! If i went to ha giang again i would stay there again :)

We arrived in Ha giang at 3.30 am, unsure of what to do so we walked to the hostel and prayed that they'd let us in. Luckily, they were still awake so we explained the situation and without hesitating they showed us to a bed and let us sleep. We awoke unsure as to what to do, but they offered us breakfast and let us check in to our actual room that we had booked for the night. We wanted to begin our bike tour the following day and they made it really easy. They explained a potential route with stop offs and where to get petrol. They also had a great supply of bikes and helmets which were readily available for us that day (150,000 dong a day-to-day £5). Really straightforward. After a hearty breakfast again the following day, we set off. They let us leave the main of our luggage there which saved us the hassle of carrying it all. When we returned they willingly gave us our deosit back and a days pay for the bike as we cut it short. Really helpful guys that clearly care about you!!!

A perfect spot ”
Kiki's House is a perfect spot to get ready for the loop. Accommodation here is cheap and includes breakfast and a clean towel. The place is really clean as well and a staff is helpful and knowledgeable in Ha Giang region, so they can provide you with essential information. A hostel is peaceful and a good place to meet other travelers. By the way, the owners cook amazing food, one should not skip a family dinner!

A decent start to our journey”
A group of us were doing the Ha Giang motorcycle loop and we heard this is a good place to stay before you start the trip. Although we were promised two rooms with twin beds we only got one room with 2 queen beds. No big deal. The rooms are basic, the mattresses are stiff, the breakfast is included, and the staff is friendly. Considering there is not much else in Ha Giang, I would suggest this place.

Ting who runs the place is amazing. Works super hard every single day to make guests continuously happy. Kikis rent out motorbikes for the Ha Giang northern loop and are of good quality. Only thing is that the mattresses are a bit hard but it seems to be like that. everywhere in the North :p.

Good location good motorbikes for the loop ”
I had a puncture along the ha giang loop which the manager reimbursed half (keep the receipt or give him a call so he can speak to the mechanic and he will reimburse you the full amount). Since I didn't have the receipt it was nice of him to do so. Other than that I had no problems. Breakfast can be a bit busy so they may forget your meal or coffee. 500k deposit for motorbikes and 150k per day rent. No fuss returns.

Very helpful and friendly staff”
We like staff really much, because they try to make tourists happy, they are enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is really OK with such low room price. Bed is bit hard, but we have slept here 2 nights and asked easily 1 extra blanket as for mattress :P so, no stress, hard bed is normal almost all over North-Vietnam. Its good atmosphere in this hostel and actually we just wish to staff all the best and keep going!! :) #DoubleRoom

Room had great A/C. Beds were pretty hard but the comfy blankets and pillows made up for it and slept great. Showers were fine and got hot. Everything was kept clean. Staff was very friendly/helpful if you have any questions about the loop. Not many food options in the area so even tho we never tried fam dinner it's nice that they offer it. Sociable common area downstairs and outside, mostly people returning or getting ready to start the loop.

Stayed 2 nights, very nice people, possible to rent motorbike, to order lunch and dinner(if you want, restaurant are near by). Helpfull(called the bus driver to pick me up at the hotel). Free drinking water-tea, and coffee.

We stay 2 nights. The room was clean. Hostel is decorated in a traditional mixed morden style. The water is hot and the bathroom is comfortable. This is the cheapest hostel with same quality hostels that i 've stayed

Good hostel with helpful staff and motorbikes to rent”
Pros: -Cheap if staying in a dorm -Lockers inside room -A/C room with fans works well -Wifi is good -Free eggs and bread -Staff are very helpful (only one person speaks English though) -Easy to rent motorbike from them -Bicycle use is free Cons: -Dirty bathroom that doesn't get cleaned regularly. I know this because when I stayed there for the first night I noticed the toilet as being quite dirty and around the sink area as well. When I returned from my 3 day trip around the northern loop there were certain things that still weren't cleaned or picked up just as it was when I left. When I asked the concierge about it he said there is a woman who cleans everyday. I had trouble believing that since the same things that I saw when I left were still there.

great family, they will do almost everything to make you stay as pleasant as possible. also rented scooters voor 160k Dong a day for the northvietnam loop. But the private rooms upstairs are very noisy because its all open at the top.

I booked this hostel via Agoda without consideration because of high apprasals from others. I suprised many things here such as accomdations, customer mindset of staff and add-on services. Thanks to her (a nice hostess) services. I will come back there sooner if having chances to go travelling.
