The most comfortable bed ever!”
The breakfast wasn’t great, help yourself and take back to your room. Sufficient and tasty. We really enjoyed happy hour 5-7 beer and wine covered in the $24 (hidden) resort fee. These are the only two things to mention but the hotel was amazing, beds fantastic, location fantastic, staff fantastic. Good value for money! Would stay there again.

Great location ”
First time in Chicago and we loved it! Hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms were very clean. Complimentary breakfast will fill you up! They also have complimentary wine and beer between 5-7pm...how cool is that?! The hotel is super close to the beautiful riverwalk, too. We will definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable price and amazing staff!”
The price for this hotel is just unbeatable considering the location and quality of the hotel. You are within walking distance of so many great tourist attractions and sightseeing spots. The hotel requires you to use your room key to get into the hotel at night as well as use the elevator which were safety measures I appreciated. The room was pretty much exactly like the pictures and I appreciated the in-room coffee station. I was traveling with my dog and compared to a lot of the nearby pet-friendly hotels Kinzie's one-time pet fee was extremely affordable. Additionally, they have a gated pet area on the side of the hotel that made taking my dog out super easy. The gate required a key so you have to ask the staff to use it but it honestly felt safer that way, especially at night, and the staff were always willing to get the key for me to use. The nightly happy hour was super fun and they had great wine options. The breakfast was pretty good you might just experience a slight wait for the waffle maker. It was really cool that the hotel promoted cheaper nearby parking options if you don't want to go with their valet option. Overall, the staff were truly the best part of the hotel. Every interaction I had with a staff member was great because they were all so kind and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile and treated like a friend. I would recommend this hotel solely based on the high level of service the staff provides.

Fantastic Boutique hotel”
We were at the Kinzie for a girls weekend. The hotel was in a great area. We were able to walk to Chicago sites and great nightlife was close by. I also felt I actually got some benefit from the "resort fee" that is charged in Chicago in addition to regular taxes. Not only was there a decent breakfast but there was also complimentary wine and beer for a couple of hours every evening. The hotel had a cool vibe and the staff were very friendly. We loved the hotel.

Amazing for the price!”
Best hotel i’ve ever stayed at in chicago! Clean, nice staff, well organized, happy hour, location, room temp control, and more! the only bad thing was there wasn’t free waters in the room in case you wake up thirsty at night. The bath tub had a little rust and the bathroom wallpaper looked like there was a leak in the room above us and it looked stained. But other than that, perfect! Even had a security guard outside the hotel too late at night.

Absolutely Amazing ”
Booked this for a birthday trip and was not disappointed. Beautiful hotel in downtown Chicago. It was immaculate, the staff was helpful and kind. The location, though in the heart of downtown, was quiet—no sirens/honking etc. The bed was superior and the dual shower heads made the morning superb. Breakfast was even included (don’t find this at many Chicago hotels). We will be back.

Nice staff Lovely beds and very comfortable I stayed on the 3rd floor will return soon The only thing I forgot to do was put away my small body wash I left in the shower Housekeeping cleaned my room but the small travel size body wash I had left behind in shower was thrown away but I had extra body washes thankfully It is truly a nice location to stay in the middle of a lot of familiar restaurants

What a great value considering it was a holiday weekend. They do happy hour at 5pm for hotel guests and their selection is delicious from wine and beer. Bed was super comfortable and area was perfect

Great location and very reasonable price”
My wife and I were in Chicago for a long weekend and wanted a hotel close to attractions and to nice restaurants. We were very happy with the location of the Kinzie hotel. The House of Blues is half a block away, riverboat architecture tours start just a couple of blocks from there, the original Billy Goat Tavern is also very close, and the Navy Pier is a reasonable walk. We took the El to a Cubs game, and there is a station very close by. The staff was very friendly, the room was a good size and very clean. The continental breakfast was fine, and the manager's happy hour from 5-7 was a real bonus.

Excellent value and location”
Great staff were friendly and very helpful to us first-time. The location on River North is an energetic area walking distance to everything on the Magnificent Mile, North Loop and a block from subway & bus hub. Our room was clean and very comfortable and a good value to the pricier names. Abdiel, Jasmin, Elly made our stay great. Sandra made each morning breakfast time like eating with family.

Right in downtown plenty of restaurants nearby. Had a late night pizza delivered. Complimentary breakfast and beverages. Even a cork screw in the room. Also Keurig. Fridge, Safe, iron, all the usuals. Wasn't noisy. Staff helped out with our late night pizza 🍕

Suites are lovely, very modern and clean. The location was prime, we walked everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Mini fridge didn’t have water and had to go to a vending machine that did not read my card. Otherwise, it was a great experience
