Highly recommend this hotel. We have the alpine route trip and made a stop in Omachi Onsengou for one night. Hotel staff picked us up at bus stop without our request. Very detailed mind. Every staff is well trained and provided very high level of service. Staff drove us to Shinano omaichi JR station directly after check out. Food is also nice. Weakness are the location of hotel and size of the outdoor onsen is too shy to say. But the service provided by the staff outweighs all these. Highly recommend.

Picked this hotel as my destination of the 1-day Tateyama-Kurobe Alpen Route journey, as the Hotel is convenient located in the Omachi-Onsen area, one of the stops enroute from Ogizawa to Nagano. The Hotel has quite some age but one can tell that some parts have undergone renovation. Whilst there are a public bath (and an outdoor bath), I chose a guest room with private bathroom. My room is very spacious and could probably fit a family of six. The view is spectacular. I woke up with a view of the serene farm and greens after a great night name. the public bath is good. the Outdoor bath is clean. They are both spacious. Amenities were however quite average. Breakfast was so-so. Choice of food was limited. As the Hotel was greeting a number of group tours, the dining area was extremely crowded.

Last minute booking for the Tateyama Kurobe route travel. Good value for the money. About a 10 minute walk from the bus stop and the staff said they could provide a shuttle. Staff were friendly to help arrange dinner at the restaurant as there were no restaurants in the neighborhood.

Very good place to stay”
When you arrived at the nearest bus station, you can ask for a pick up, of course you can arrange a ride from hotel back to the bus stop when leaving. The room is very nice, the view is amazing. The public bath is cool! The breakfast and dinner were well served!

We book a room with toilet with small bathroom”
This is an extremely nice hotel but the air in our room wasn't so good as we were facing the kitchen I think. The onsen was extremely good in this hotel. The buffet breakfast was not so great but we need to set off early to the Tateyama alpine route so we took the breakfast in the hotel instead of going our to find our own breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful where they help us to brush off the ice from our windscreen which helps us a lot in terms of visibility.

This hotel is very clean and staff are nice & helpful. Room is large and even good for 3-4 people. View is nice too. it's a little bit far from the bus stop but they offer shuttle service. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Exceptional”
The hotel was probably my favourite hotel of my trip. It was low season so there weren't many other people there. The staff were very friendly and dropped me off at the bus stop the next morning for the alpine route. The outdoor Onsen is awesome! I also loved the traditional Japanese rooms. Definitely recommend!

Good accomodation but remoted located”
I will recommend this hotel to my friends due to its clean & spaceous room, nice outdoor spa and good staff services. The spa provided us with a silent place for relaxing moment in our trip. We didnt have dinner in the hotel so food/dining recommendation is irrelevant. I experienced excellent services offered by the staff! However, the hotel is quite remoted from the bus stop, it takes around 20 minutes to travel from the bus stop to the hotel.

Lovely Ibsen spacious room”
Very pleasant walk from bus stop or they will give you a lift in their shuttle bus. Very nice onsen especially outside section. Very large clean room and helpful staff. Very much recommend the Soba noodle restaurant near bus stop for dinner . We also enjoyed the cafe Anne Marille for afternoon cake and coffee.

Nothing really to close by, found a ramen place for dinner that was great, the hotel staff directed us to it. The hotel food is overpriced, so good to go out. We were there in low season - July and it was dead
