Beautiful place”
Great pool and garden. good location and the store right in front of the gate (to your right) can organise you transport, scooters and are super helpful and honest as well. Had a fantastic time there and went back twice already

nice pool and large, well-kept grounds. definitely the best budget hotel option in the Kuta area. breakfast was reasonably nice. rooms are comfortable, though not exactly "luxury." tip: go for the rooms in the main building, which are way better than the cabanas. Kuta is a gorgeous place, gorgeous beaches and great little restaurants. it's one of the most underrated destinations in Indonesia -- an undiscovered gem. we stayed for a few weeks and loved every minute! for surfers, it's a much better option than over-crowded Bali.

Can't beat the deal as it also came with a decent breakfast (not a buffet though). There are some smaller shops and restaurants right outside the property, but all of the main action is about a 10 minute walk down the street.

A hotel, just to have a comfortable bed and good night rest.”
The price we paid for a room in this hotel, was good enough just to stay if you are a person to spend your day outside. We booked the cheapest room from this hotel, it was not very clean, maintained and the aircon was not strong, but good enough to have a cooled room. We booked this hotel for two nights for a very cheap price, because we knew we will not stay in the hotel too much. If you are a person that goes outside all day long, then is this hotel good enough and on walking distance from the restaurants and bars were more tourist eating or drinking. If you rent a bike, it won't take longer then 15min to reach the Lombok Kuta beach. I only recommend you this, if you are an easy going person that wants a cheap stay that is well located. We will only book this hotel again for the price, location and if our purpose is to just spend the night in a comfy bed.

Beautiful place with lazy workers who sleep all the time . / . Красивый отель с бездельниками”
The hotel is big and beautiful with a cool pool in the center, probably five years ago it was very clean and tidy, but the lazy workers scored all over, they spent the whole day lying on the belly in their phones and doing nothing. The linen is dirty, all the tables are dusty, the territory is covered with leaves and branches, the pool is not cleaned, I think if you fire all the “workers” and collect new ones, it will be better 5 times !!! Отель большой красивый с классным бассейном по центру, наверное пять лет назад он был очень чистым и убранным, но ленивые работники забили на все вокруг, целый день лежат на пузе в своих телефонах и ничего не делают. Белье грязное, все столы пыльные, территория вся в листве и ветках, бассейн не чистят, думаю если уволить всех "работников" и набрать новых то станет лучше в 5 раз!!!

Would not recommend ”
I normally don’t write reviews but this time I thought I should. The hotel looks like it was built and last maintenance in the 70’s. When walking around the garden/pool area, it feels like being in an abandoned town. We got ‘upgraded’ to one of the bungalows, and we don’t even want to know what the room we booked initially would have been like. The sheets didn’t feel clean and one of the plug sockets was hanging out of the wall. Breakfast was included but takes forever. We ordered pancakes and fruit at 7.30 as we had a driver booked for 8. In 30 minutes, they didn’t even manage to bring over the fruit so we ended up leaving without breakfast. If you want to enjoy your stay, book somewhere else.

I found ants, spiders, cockroaches and geckos in the rom and on the bed. I checked out from the hotel at 10pm, because i could not sleep or stay any longer. I would like to kindly ask you to refund the payment that i have payed and remove this hotel from your list. Kind regards,, Abdulaziz

the kuta indah hotel is located very close to the wonderful beaches of kuta bay on lombok island. the location is very quiet and peaceful. you can sit on the balcony of your room at night and all you can hear is the sound of silence. the gardens at the hotel are beautiful and well kept, the swimming pool is clean and looked after. very close to the hotel are some wonderful eating places, the food was always good and at a good price. we hired a motorbike during our stay for only per day. airport transport can be arranged at the hotel. overall we would recommend this hotel.

very good place. go for the Superior Room ”
we came here after spending one terrible night down the street at Lombok Holiday hotel, which is a total dump. this place is WAY better, and actually cheaper. the grounds are very nice with lots of open space for kids, with big palm trees. very well-kept and clean. pool is great. breakfast is simple but fine. staff is nice and helpful. we looked at all the rooms, including the bungalows and decided to go for the Superior Room. it's certainly not luxury, but it's comfortable and suited our needs just fine. the hotel is safe and secure, just on the edge of town, but only 5 minutes to the main road by motorbike, where all the restaurants are. you can also easily walk there, if you prefer. Kuta is an awesome little town, friendly people and gorgeous nearby beaches. lots of cool new restaurants opening nearby as well. my criticisms of Kuta Indah are that they charged us 50,000Rp for an extra mattress for our child (way too much) and the wifi is terrible. but hey, that's Lombok!

stayed 5 nights at the deluxe room and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer. although the hotel is one of the older hotels in kuta, lombok, with it´s renovations it offers a good stay and for sure worth it´s money. the swimmingpool is clean; the staff very friendly; quite atomsphere; breakfast suitable. kuta itself still has it´s own character due to the friendly people. we recommend to hire a car or scooter to explore nearby beaches. surfers go to the gerupuk-beach. all in all enjoyed and when visiting kuta lombok again for sure will book again at kuta indah.

Kuta Indah is a great hotel. Quietly located just at the end of the major road, it was a quick 2 minute walk into down town Kuta. Hotel was clean, had good food, and friendly staff. the gardens were beautiful, pool was nice, and hotel was accommodating.

Decent hotel matched by its not-so-expensive price”
We stayed at Kuta Indah Lombok for two nights I believe. Upon reacing the hotel, we were given the privilege of being able to choose between Deluxe and Supreme rooms, the Supreme rooms being of a cheaper price but are newly renovated. We decided to go with Supreme despite already have paid a bit more for two Deluxe rooms as the Deluxe room were really not up to standards. One of the bathtubs had a cricket in it. The Supreme rooms were much well maintained, however, as they are newly renovated. Highly recommended for one to go for the new rooms.

Lovely quiet hotel with stunning view”
room and bathroom were a bit tired but still nice, big and clean. private balcony had superb view over field with water buffalo, and the ocean beyond. the manager/ owner was very pleasant. breakfast was good. wifi wasn't working.the hotel is at the quiet end of kuta beach but only 10 mins walk into the centre. plenty of bars/restaurants along the road. you need to hire a scooter to explore nearby beaches which are much nicer than kuta itself.

Kuta Indah was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and spotless (dark furniture makes everything looks great). Each room has a front porch to relax and faces the swimming pool. All the furniture look new and (some) room has TV and AC. Bathroom was spacious also. We checked in the date after not realizing we booked it on the wrong date but the hotel staff tells us we can just stay the extra day without any hassle. We ended staying for 2 extra nights. Outside the hotel is a big restaurant and bike rental across the street. The only minor flaws with this place are that the AC takes a long time to cool down the room and it is a bit far to walk into the core of town (both are not a big deal though but just wanted to declare).

I always enjoy staying at Kuta Indah, but due to ill health I needed to cancel my trip losing not only my airfare but 10 days accommodation at Kuta Indah, but I will stay again in October of this year.

Perfect for backpackers”
This place is perfect for backpackers who would like to explore the area around Kuta. The hotel is located not far from the centre of Kuta and in the middle of all the beautiful beaches. Staff super friendly, chilled pool area and big rooms. Breakfast not the best but the prices are more than fair.
